Diana was a great guide. She was punctual, professional, knowlegable and lots of fun! Feeding the hummingbirds was magical and the hike thru the Mindu Cloud Forest was challenging but rewarding and beautiful. Our last stop was a coffee tasting and we loved it! Overall a great experience and a great day! We highly recommend this tour!

Ximenez was a great guide. She showed me what I wanted to see and did her best to get me back to my hotel in time. She knew a lot about the plants and animals in the forest and even took me to a great coffee place.

Ivan was a fantastic guide! Very knowledgeable about Ecuador and its plants and animals (especially birds), flexible, and willing to tailor to our interests. We had some extra time and were able to add an experience (at our expense) to see some more birds. The hummingbird experience was beyond expectations. The hike was a little challenging in spots, but seeing the waterfall was worthwhile. The butterflies were beautiful and numerous. Ivan was able to accommodate multiple dietary restrictions for lunch. Overall, highly recommend!

The hummingbird experience was a once in a lifetime experience. Hugo was an amazing guide. So very knowledgeable on a breadth of topics and a genuinely nice man. We did the chocolate tasting and it was done very personally. Do the chocolate mask. Well worth it. We had a 2nd chocolate tasting at another company in Quito and it didn't come close to the one we did in Mindo.

My guide was the friendliest guys I ever met nothing was a problem anything I wanted to do he was up for always come up with great ideas for the day 1000/10

If you have poor balance or any concerns with your knees/back, beware that the waterfall hike portion in Mindo is very slippery. Bring hiking shoes and hiking poles or as to skip it to avoid injury. I slipped (I have bad balance) and luckily walked away with only a bruised tailbone and elbow. Otherwise, the place is beautiful and interacting with the hummingbirds (so many different kinds!!) is magical.

Diyana filled our day with fun and laughter! She knew all the most incredible places and let us move at our own pace. She was full and very knowledgeable about the plants, animals and history of the areas we visited. What an amazing time!

I had a great day with Ivan as my guide. We saw lots of hummingbirds up close, even sitting in my hand. We had a nice hike to a waterfall and rode the tram back. Then we went to another reserve to see Tanagers, more hummingbirds of every color and size. We even saw Toucanets! Great day!

We had no idea what to expect of Ecuador, but we've been bowled over. The scenery is beautiful, the people warm and friendly. Our guide today was Mariam, from the start she was engaging and informative. As for value, incredible. Nothing prepared us for feeding humming birds out of our hand. A coffee at a local café broke up the journey to Mindo. The Cloud Forest started with a cable car, down a valley to a waterfall for a swim and then a challenging return up to the car. Finally a visit to the Yumbos Chocolate museum and outlet for the best $10 with a tour, hot chocolate and then a tasting. Brilliant, Miriam, you're a star.
