Wow wow wow. What an amazing 3 hours we all had. Party of 9, two families with adult children. Such a great trip. Very relaxed with Michael, our captain, who was so accommodative and cheerful. He let us go by our pace with recommendations along the way and telling us about the sites he was showing us. Lots of snorkelling (snorkels provided) and swimming opportunities when we wanted to off the back of the boat. It really is the best experience to see the beautiful sites of what Gozo, Blue Lagoon and surrounding beauty spots that Malta has to offer.
Absolutely fantastic day with these guys! I booked this private boat trip for 6 girls on a hendo trip and it was so great from start to finish. We felt comfortable, Jimmy was a great skipper, gave us loads of information about Malta. We were able to take food and drink on board, listen to our music, and overall just a fantastic day! Would highly recommended doing this private tour. From start to finish it was great service. Thorough information was provided before we went such as booking details, exact location of where to arrive, directions, tips and advice on what to bring etc. one of the office staff from this company text me half way through our boat trip and asked how the trip was going and if he required anything, it was such a lovely touch as really personal! Great at communicating. The price was also so reasonable and couldn’t recommend this company enough. I done a boat trip when I last visited Malta in July 2025 with a different company and it was hugely overcrowded and no where near as enjoyable! So if you’re thinking of doing a boat trip then you absolutely should book through this company, you won’t be disappointed. It was a beautiful day on the water thank you for much!
Our private boat trip to Blue Lagoon was an incredible experience from start to finish. The boat was comfortable, clean, and perfectly suited to fully enjoy the day at sea. The captain was very welcoming, professional, and knew the best spots around Comino perfectly. The water of the Blue Lagoon was simply beautiful, with an impressive turquoise color and exceptional clarity. We had time to swim, snorkel, and discover several quieter little coves accessible only by boat, which made the experience even more special. Being on a private boat really made a difference: no crowds, a relaxed atmosphere, and the freedom to organize the day at our own pace. The sunset over the sea was also a magical moment. I recommend this excursion 100% for anyone who wants to discover Blue Lagoon in a more exclusive and memorable way. An experience we will not forget!

Great experience at Blue Lagoon! The private boat trip was really great: comfortable boat, perfect organization and especially a very nice and professional captain. Being able to discover the Blue Lagoon and other small coves away from the crowd made the moment even more special. The scenery is beautiful and the water incredible. I booked a private boat trip with iMalta Private Boat Trips for Saturday 20th Sep for 6 of us and honestly, it was one of the best experiences of our holiday in Malta! I originally found them via a Google search and contacted them through WhatsApp — Janet replied instantly. She was so attentive and helpful, giving me plenty of recommendations and sending over all the boat options with pictures so we could choose the perfect one. The booking process and deposit link were really easy and straightforward. We chose the Free Spirit boat, and a few days before the trip Janet confirmed everything again. On the day, the weather was a little windy, but the team were fantastic and contacted us with updates and alternative options. We decided to go ahead and I’m so glad we did! Our departure point was changed slightly due to the weather, but it was very smooth, and the Bolt taxi dropped us right by the boat. Our skipper, Ginger, was absolutely amazing. He called me straight away, welcomed us on board, and we set off before the crowds. While others were queuing for boats, we were already speeding straight to the Blue Lagoon. Ginger made sure we arrived early, which meant we enjoyed the lagoon before the masses arrived. He even explained how to pre-book so that we could get off the boat (you need a QR code to enter) and grab the famous pineapple drinks which made the whole experience seamless. Afterwards, he took us to explore other caves, shared lots of fascinating local information, and even brought us to a hidden beach inside a cave. This experience ended up being my Nan’s favourite part of the whole trip (we were celebrating her 80th birthday 🎉). Ginger was so accommodating, making sure everyone across three generations had something to enjoy. This was truly a must-do experience in Malta — amazing value for money, a personalised trip, and memories we’ll never forget. Huge thank you to Janet, Sam & Ginger for making it all so special. I will 100% be booking with them again on my next visit!

The boat trip was amazing I highly recommend the privat boat tour. Because the boat can go near and in the caves (in some). Our guide explained the historic sides which was amazing!
Very happy with the boat trip. Upie was a great skipper who steered the boat very safe.Communication with „i Malta“ was easy and worked very well.
I booked the trip as an extra surprise for my husbands birthday. It was perfect. We had our skipper Lucas who was very friendly and helpful and was also very knowledgeable and attentive to all our needs. He explained everything as we went along and let us have as much or as little time swimming in the blue lagoon as we wanted. Overall a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. We would definitely recommend it. From time of booking until the day of our trip we were kept informed of proceedings very well.
