- 乗車人数に応じて車両を割り当てさせていただきます。
- 出発時の送迎は、国際線、国内線ともに出発時刻の4時間前に行われます。
- 着陸時刻から最大75分まで空港で待機する
- フライト情報が到着の 24 時間前までに提供されない場合、払い戻しは行われません。フライトの詳細を忘れないようにしてください。
- 到着時の送迎はフライトの実際の着陸時間に従います。ただし、特別なお迎え時間をご希望の場合、または空港内の探索をご希望の場合は、到着日前に事前にご連絡ください。
- 予期せぬ状況により待ち時間を超えて遅れる場合は、上記の連絡先番号までご連絡ください。ドライバーが空席になるまで待機できるよう最善を尽くします。運転手は、待ち時間が 15 分増えるごとに 10 シンガポールドルの追加料金を課す権利を有しますのでご注意ください。
- ジュロンとウッドランドでのピックアップ/ドロップオフには、車両1台につき20シンガポールドルの追加料金がかかり、ドライバーに支払われます。
- 乗客 1 人につき、大型荷物 1 個と小型荷物 1 個を持ち込むことができます。標準許容量を超えて持ち込む荷物 1 個につき、荷物 1 個につき SGd15 の料金が課金されます。

Tam and Thomas were excellent for our return transfers from and to the airport. They arrived on time, gave us a comfortable ride, and were generous with their guidance on local knowledge and tourist tips for sightseeing. Very grateful for their communication, reliable and professional service.

Driver was excellent. met us at airport - allowed time to take a pic of the waterfall inside, gave informative commentary during the drive to the hotel. All Good - using same company for return trip.

The transfer was perfect. Driver met us right as we cleared customs where he was waiting with a sign. Clean, nice car and he shared a lot of information about Singapore on the drive to the hotel.
