Great trip. We saw lots of dolphin activity. The bay is very calm so fine for those who get seasick. Knowledgeable guides. Only downside was parking was expensive

We saw so many dolphins on this trip! The company was very ethical and was cautious to not approach the dolphins to closely, that being said, the dolphins were curious and swam close to the boat, even following the waves that the boat made!
A fantastic cruise and great value for money. Would highly recommend this cruise. The crew were very friendly and helpful and the captain extremely knowledgeable and informative. We saw so many dolphins but even if there weren’t any, the cruise around the Bay was just beautiful. Well done team!
Good fun for kids, saw dolphins, staff were awesome and the bar was open.
Previously we have loved Moonshadow dinner cruises hence why we chose Moonshadow again. We found this experience to be very disappointing. We were two seniors with two grand children 2 and 4. The cost was $120. We received nothing for this money except for a boat ride around the bay seeing a few dolphins often from a distance. I understand it is not always possible to get a good viewing. The boat was old and furnishings shabby. Before when on a similar experience the children were engaged getting a passport to stamp dolphins spotted and some dolphins had individual names. We were given morning tea. Yesterday the bar was open but 1 can of soft drink was $4:50. On this experience there was minimal interaction from staff except on boarding and disembarking from the boat. Overall it was very disappointing. I would not recommend with smaller children.
Throughout the 1.5hrs on the cruise, we only managed to see a few dolphins. This is quite disappointing as we have endured the cold winds and have expected to be able to see more. Also, there was a tour group on the cruise. The staff could have managed the crowd better as our views were blocked most of the time as the crowd stood right in front of us as there were insufficient seats on the viewing platform.
It was a lovely cruise on beautiful calm blue seas. Chance of seeing local dolphins and also a turtle and hammerhead shark.
Large multi-deck vessel with plenty of space to sit and stand. Vessel also has a lower deck where you can buy food and drinks (including hot food and licenced bar). Saw plenty of dolphins! Helpful and informative captain and crew. Really lovely afternoon activity!
Great trip out in the bay and we were lucky enough to see a number of dolphins. Good value for money and a friendly crew
