Both the tour guide and facilitator were good. That said, I do not recommend this tour company. The tour company + Viator were bad. The meeting point instructions on Viator were missing key details, leading me to missing the first schedule tour time, despite being in short walking distance half an hour early. It's not just me, either, on the day that I attended the tour, another couple almost missed the tour for the same reason. This was further complicated by slow/late communication with the tour operator through Viator, even though messages were sent with ample time before the tour left. (I'm not sure who to blame on this one) The tour company and Viator pointed fingers at each other on these issues, and while Viator is typically unhelpful, I mostly blame the tour company. The Viator instructions have to have come from them, and if you're working with partners, it's on you to make sure that the instructions are updated everywhere. I did reschedule the tour, but was charged a fairly large fee to do so, which they would not waive, even when I offered to prove that the instructions were incomplete, and that I was there early (via Uber trip receipt).

Didn't spend enough time in the gardens but otherwise great and the guide was very knowledgeable. Would do it again.

This tour was very well organized. We took an uber to the designated meeting point. Our guide met us to take the train to Versailles, where another guide was waiting with entrance tickets. Both guides were knowledgeable, friendly and made it a wonderful day!

Highly recommend renting a golf cart to tour the grounds because it is so large. Absolutely beautiful and loved learning the history. Tour guide was very knowledgeable!

Godze was great. We met her and boarded the train and she outlined what we would expect. Along the short walk to Versailles she gave us suggestions on how to spends our time after the tour. When she handed us off to Ahmet we were in for a few hours of story telling with an infectious enthusiasm. What an orator! Even my 17 year old daughter was engaged in the history as narrated by Ahmet!

We had a great guide who was funny and blunt! Train was quick and easy.

Our guide to Versailles was very good but walked very fast without notice of myself, older. Our guide at the palace was good but did not always speak more directly into her microphone so I missed some of her information. Others did too. Versailles itself was a huge disappointment! It was crowded and we rushed through without really being able to stop and see things. I felt like we were cattle being herded.

Johnny was awesome and very informative, enjoyable, and fun. Had a blast and looked at all the sights
