Jammed packed tour. Leave extra time to explore areas you are interested in. Mona Lisa is disappointing.
Our guide did an excellent job describing the art and the history of many of the paintings. We did a 2 1/2 hour tour and it was worth every minuet.
This could’ve been a really great experience, but sadly, the instructions did not indicate that there were two Arc de Triomphes, so if you have only been to Paris once before you may not be aware of the there being two Arc de Triomphes. The instructions should explicitly say that. Of course, we went to the wrong location and missed the tour time. Now here’s where I have the challenge. If somebody is late why can’t they just leave your tickets at Louvre and you can just pick them up and you just miss the guided tour, but you at least could do your own self guided tour. Here’s the other grip that I have they could’ve just rebooked but no they want to charge you $30 per person to rebook so at the end of the day while the company is legitimate. I think people going to the wrong location is also a profit center for them.

However, we would be grateful if you could contact us directly with your booking details so that we can verify where you made your reservation and double-check that the meeting point information displayed on your booking was correct. If you were offered the possibility of rescheduling, this would also indicate that the meeting point information on your voucher was correct. Regarding the tickets, the Louvre tickets for this tour are timed group tickets. Guests are required to enter the venue together with their guide, and for this reason we are unfortunately unable to leave individual tickets at the Louvre for guests who miss the departure and allow them to enter independently. This is a requirement related to the type of group admission used for the tour. We are sorry that you were unable to join the tour and regret that the experience led to such a negative impression. This is a great tour to see the well-known pieces as well as some of the lesser known pieces. Our tour guide, Toma, was not only knowledgeable, but also considerate and mindful to point out places to sit and rest. Toma was fantastic!
Severine Was amazing, her knowledge and engagement with the tour was outstanding, we had 2 teenage girls with us Lottie and Emily, she asked their names, age, and asked them questions she really made them feel special. Sev was fantastic and we highly recommend her to anyone else. It was the trip of the holiday and Severine made it really special. Thank you.
The event was well-organized, and it was easy to locate the tour guide. She lead our entry into the museum. During the tour, she shared fascinating stories about the masterpieces. Overall, it was an exceptional experience!
This was a great tour for those who want to see the main masterpieces. My only warning is that it is fairly fast pace with a decent amount of stairs. And if you go in summer, it will be hot in many sections. And expect large crowds. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. Checkin was easy after I read their instructions on how to find them. The company provided excellent communication before the tour which I really appreciated.
Our tour guide was very informative, polite, and kind throughout the tour. He did a great job sharing interesting information and making the experience enjoyable.
The Louvre is not air conditioned so if travelling in the summer plan accordingly. I feel the venue is not for young children, the pace is slow, lots of no touching and very crowded.
Was a little confused by the pick up spot…but once we found them, this was incredible! Nazli was fantastic. Funny, insightful, and obviously knew her subject matter. Took the time to get to know us all a little bit. The louvre would have been overwhelming without her!
