The City Tours Company did a fantastic job. We showed up late to the tour due to confusion over meeting place. You must download the City Tours app and you will see the exact meeting place in a picture. They were able to accommodate us on a later tour. Maxim, our tour guide, was superb. The passion he brought to the tour was both inspiring and informative. We would recommend this tour to anyone wanted to see the highlights of the Louvre. Merci!!

It’s a hot weather. Last minute decision to pay a visit to the Luvre museum, the Jewel of Paris, of France, because of limit duration in Paris right before trip. It’s definitely worth the sweater and the walk, especially with a guide like the enthusiastic Claire. She explained the history and the embedded beauty of each masterpiece. She welcomed and answered your questions with smiles and forceful gestures. She tells you which Napoleon, the first or the third, was the Napoleon people are talking about and why. Claire definitely loves all the masterpieces and has the desire and passion to tell you about. It’s an unbelievable experience, and very impressed by the beauty and stories told by the lady Claire. At Mona Lisa, my phone lost battery and couldn’t took even one photo of her, Claire joked that she and Mona Lisa want me to come back and visit them again! 😎
Natalia was a wonderful guide who knew anything and everything about the museum. She was also very helpful getting through the very large crowd gathered in front of the Mona Lisa. She did a great job and cared for her clients.

Very cool museum, but did not appreciate how much the tour guide brought current partisan politics into the tour

Sid was an amazing guide! Took us to the highlights of the Louvre, while being informative and funny! Highly recommend to not only get through the crowds but also learn more than an audio guide.

While you might save money by not going with a guide, going with this tour saved us time and anxiety. The stress of not having to worry about space availability to get into the Louvre and wandering aimlessly to find what we wanted to see once we got in was worth the price. Florence was an excellent tour guide and knowledgeable.
Although the crowds were pretty large (it was a Saturday in June), Florence was very adept at guiding our group through them to be able to see the most popular pieces in the museum. She did a fantastic job of describing how the art evolved over time! Florence seemed to really continue to marvel at the art work she was describing!
