The boat was incredibly late, despite us arriving 30 minutes early we had to stand and wait for over an hour. After a long day of traveling and walking around this was not great. The boat before use was boarding when we were supposed to be boarding and there was no announcement by staff on where our boat was or when it would be arriving. The check-in lady (Noruah) was not nice and would only talk to certain people who spoke French. After we finally boarded, staff took awhile to come take our drink order and we saw other drinks going out before we were even approached. For the price you would expect at least one drink included but no, nothing. Just felt way over priced for what you got.
The location for the boat is not the safest - you have to cross 2 busy roads to get to the dock area. The singer was good - but I think given the time we had on the boat she did not need to take a break. Food was ok - could have been better - dessert was disappointing. We did get to see the sights.
Food was great and staff Abdul was very friendly. Eiffel Tower looked amazing at night from the boat.
no AC on the boat, everyone dressed nice just sitting and sweating - very uncomfortable

It was a great experience, customer service of the staff was great. Fantastic views at night, the food was good, and the singer Anastasia was absolutely amazing. Then a DJ afterwards, and everyone seemed to have an amazing time. Definitely work doing.
Had a beautiful evening, Saw the Eiffel Tower light up and sparkle…. Wonderful!
