We purchased a 3day ticket, but due to late check in at hotel wasn't able to sign in to hop on/off on 1st day. Site wouldn't allow me to sign for the 2nd & 3rd days...so lost all 3 days. App not user friendly and no one (real person) to talk to

Not worth it. Read fine print.
Unfortunately, we have been unable to reserve tickets for the Louvre, Notre-Dame, or the Palace of Versailles because all available time slots are fully booked.
As a result, we are unable to use the pass we purchased, which cost approximately $655 USD.
This only covers the cost of of the attraction beware if you do not RSVP weeks in advance the high cost of the ticket is useless. Not worth the money. No actual discounts and no guidance from the tour company except for an email that was buried in spam.

Paris trip with Turbopass
For our stay in Paris, the Turbopass was a great relief. Many sights were already covered and the use was simple and uncomplicated. This way we could make optimal use of our time instead of dealing with individual tickets. Everything worked smoothly. It was really a great experience to travel a bit more relaxed for once. A clear 5 stars from us and a recommendation!

Great Value
Very simple and affordable. So many options included to choose from. Be sure to look for booking timelines to ensure you can go to places you want on the days you choose. Example: Palace of Versailles requires booking 24 hours in advance. But overall perfect pass to see as much of Paris in an affordable and easy way.

It's worth its money, even if just barely.
I initially hope that I have selected the right Paris City Pass here.
In principle, we were very satisfied with the City Pass. The usage worked smoothly with all included offers. We showed the pass, received the respective ticket or could go straight in and had no difficulties with it during our entire stay. It is particularly pleasant that one does not have to buy the individual services separately each time, but has many already bundled available.
Nevertheless, I only give the Paris City Pass four stars, as the actual financial savings turned out to be relatively small for us. We utilized many of the included offers during our stay. However, if you add up the regular entrance prices of the attractions we visited, they were often not particularly expensive when considered individually. Therefore, in my opinion, the City Pass could be a bit cheaper so that the financial advantage is more significant.
For comparison, we also had a City Pass in London that was similarly priced. Since the individual attractions there were significantly more expensive, we saved almost 120 euros per person, if I remember correctly. In contrast, our savings with the Paris City Pass amounted to not even 50 euros for both of us combined.
However, this may also have been due to our personal selection. We may have predominantly utilized the cheaper included offers. Those who choose other and regularly more expensive attractions can likely save significantly more with the pass. For an accurate assessment, one would need to compare all possible combinations and admission prices, which I have not done.
It is also somewhat annoying that one now has to book a specific time slot in advance for almost every attraction and can hardly decide spontaneously what to visit on a given day. However, the City Pass and its providers are not to blame for this.
In the end, the City Pass was still worth it for us. It worked reliably, made organization easier, and saved us many individual bookings. The comfort was good, but the financial benefit could have been a bit greater for my taste.

We explore was terrible
We explore cancelled every excursion. Unfair we paid turbo pass. They cancelled due to staff illness and operational issue.

Ideal for the first Paris trip!
I was in Paris with my girlfriend for 3 days and we had the Paris Essential Pass. It was really convenient because you didn't have to queue for a lot of things and everything was already organized before.
The tour at the Eiffel Tower was interesting, especially because you could get to the top by elevator. At the Louvre we did the tour, was well explained and not too long. Versailles was also worth seeing, the subway ride with the group worked out well.
The bike ride was my personal highlight, you see a lot and get a good impression of the city. Hop on Hop off bus we also used, was okay for in between. Montparnasse Tower in the evening was nice and quiet and you had a great view.
Overall, we found the pass worthwhile, especially because you didn't have to worry about tickets all the time. You can definitely do it when you are in Paris for the first time.

Too narrow. Eg Eifel tower only at 8.30 and Louvre only at 14.00. Choice freedom very limited. Also several activities all at the same time. Everything doesn't pay off. However, the Holland Bike bike tour through Paris is recommended. You can also access them directly with their books.

Paris pass was fabulous.
We had so much fun doing as many of the adventures as we could. I bought the 3 days pass and will probably do 4 next time as we’re a little slower than most.
A great way to see the sights, and experience Paris.
