You need to update info on your website, I want people to check before booking if info is correct. the host were not helpful or friendly. I messaged you guys and said I may be a couple minutes late. That it was a 3 hr drive and I got a response of basically it's gonna be okay that they would wait. 1130 on the dot I was there and one of the other captains said I was in the wrong place that"capt rons boat was a few lots down... But it wasn't apparently I was in the right spot all along and the cashier heard him tell me that and did not stick up and say your here all she said was your late at 1132 and the boat just left. And it's no longer called flippers it's whatever it is now so don't ask for flippers,cuz with people's work ethic these days. The associates don't know it was flippers and Capt Ron is not employed by a company that can careless i idrove 3 hours after I was told come on they will wait for us. So with that being said it sucked. They don't offer a different time or day and no apologies.

Jason was amazing! Let us wait for dolphins to jump up out the water to video! Such an awesome experience and an even better tour guide! Would do this everytime we come with him!

Captain Stan was fun and knowledgeable.

Good times, Stan(Capt.) was excellent and extremely knowledgeable. Gave us plenty of opportunities, time and patience. This tour does require some physically (swimming/snorkeling).

This one was best price, max 6 people- so more personal. When I had questions about waivers or other things, the staff answered the phone promptly and wete always pleasant. The snorkel and mask were included in price, whereas the other groups provided for a fee.

It's fun! One of my unforgettable experience..if only we have more time to stay , We will definitely do it again..me and my husband had a blast! Thanks also to our captain, very accomodating and nice!

Jason was absolutely the best. A complete professional and we were lucky enough to be right next to dolphins. It's clear he not only understands marine life, but respects it as well. Well worth going on this excursion!

Captain was really informative and great with the kids. Got to see plenty dolphins and spent enough time for the kids to hunt for shells

We had a great time, my granddaughter was able to see dolphins and swim close by them, she was so excited, it will go down as great memories, Captain Stan was a great guide and did a wonderful job making sure our experience was a good one.

Lovely experience just the right amount of time. SAW THE dolphins and Shell island snorkeling was great!! Took my elderly parents and they loved it. The you ger groups seemed very happy as well
