Awesome experience of sampling original Palermo foods. Quality and variety was exceptional. Carlo was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Did this food tour after recieving it as a suprise gift for my birthday. Chiara was engaging and informative highlighting the origins of the different foods of Sicliy. We visited mainly small proprietors most of whom specialise in the individual dish. The tour was the perfect size and it was great to meet and share the experience with people from other countries. Chiara even arranged the final stop (Cannoli) to put a candle on the cake and everyone sung Happy Birthday., which was very nice. Thankyou Chiara it was a memorable and enjoyable evening..
From the first moment we met Carlo he was clearly professional and knowledgeable. He brought us from place to place smoothly, telling us about the food and it's history. Just enough to be interesting and gladly offered more when asked. The food choices were superb, more than I could eat as much as we both wanted to, but some we did take with us. From start to finish the food was not to be missed and he provided us with fantastic desert options to choose from at the end. The icing on the cake were the suggestions he provided us with for how to spend our remaining time in Palermo.
A fantastic 3 hour tour with Annalisa. More than just a food tour, we learnt so much about the history of Palermo. A walking tour stopping at 4 places to eat a variety of different local foods. Annalisa was knowledgeable and fun to spend time with. We thoroughly enjoyed her tour and would recommend.
We joined Federico for the 3:00 PM street food tour in Palermo just hours after arriving in town, and it proved to be a great introduction to the city. Federico proved to be the ultimate guide, weaving together local history, cultural context, and expert recommendations for the rest of our stay. Every food stop offered an authentic taste of Sicilian life. We had read numerous reviews advising future guests to arrive on an empty stomach, and we now understand why. Federico’s warmth, enthusiasm, and deep knowledge made the afternoon feel less like a formal tour and more like exploring a neighbourhood with a knowledgeable friend. If you are visiting Palermo, booking this tour early in your trip is an absolute must. It set a wonderful tone for our entire visit, and gave us a fantastic list of historic sights and local spots to explore over the coming days. A brilliant way to spend an afternoon!
Great variety of tasty Sicilian treats! Come hungry, because there is a LOT of delicious food. Our guide Federico was incredible. He was personable, engaging, and stopped to point out and provide information on sites of interest along the way.
