バレンシアのパエリア—そして、この実践的な料理教室では、地味な代用ではなく、本当のレシピを教えてくれます。 バレンシアの自家畑で採れた旬の食材を使った本格的なパエリア作りを学べます。地元のシェフが何世代にもわたって完成させてきた方法です。バレンシア産100% 近道はない 作りながら育ったバレンシアのシェフが作る、まさに本物のテクニック。 体験は、セントラルマーケットの人混みから離れた、地元の人々が新鮮な食材を買い物する近所の逸品、ルザファマーケットから始まります。 そして、少人数制のワークショップに参加して、最高の旬の野菜と肉または魚介類を選ぶこと、完璧なソカラト（お値打ちのカリカリの米の皮）を実現すること、バレンシアの自社畑で採れたアルブフェラ米を使用すること、プロのようにサフランのバランスを取ることなど、秘密をマスターしましょう。 パエリアを煮込みながら、サングリア作りのワークショップや伝統的なタパスの試食をお楽しみください。 その後、地元のワイン、サラダ、ミステラ、自家製デザートで創作物をごちそうください。

The guides/hosts/Chefs were so nice & funny. It really felt like cooking with friends, even though I joined the class alone. Great experience & Paella

I had a lot of fun, the guys are nice and Cristina is extraordinary: knowledgeable, fun, and helpful. I hope to be able to return to have the same experience with my wife. Highly recommended.
Excellent cooking class where you learn what ingredients to buy at the market and the how to cook paella. It was very educational to learn how the seasonings and the foods are used. Also sangria and jamon, cheese and potato tapa are served while you are cooking. Also water is available. The chefs speak English very well and were very friendly. Dont hesitate and book this class.
Very nice to do. Highly recommended. You'll all go to the Mercat first to do the shopping. Then with the group first a Sangria workshop. Then you will make the paella with a smaller group from A to Z. You'll get tapas in between. At the end of the day, you'll all have dinner and the day will end with dessert. The staff at My First Paella are doing a great job and speak good English!!
A good learning experience about Paella cooking and local customs. A fun time with a mixed group of people. A tasty meal at the end with generous alcoholic and soft drinks.
