Paul was absolutely AMAZING!!! My husband and I are vegetarians and have been struggling in Japan with food - Paul helped show us the foods we were able to eat and that I never would have chose on my own!!! They were delicious! Thanks Paul
Paul was clear in his instructions for where to meet and took the group on a great tour through places we would never have found on our own! Along the way, he also gave us insight into food culture and history in Osaka. We had a fantastic time trying new food and drinks with him!
This was one of the best, if not the best, food tours I've experienced and I've done many, typically at least one on each vacation we take. The Osaka nightlife vibe and the variety of restaurants and bars we visited, both large and small but all with a distinctly local and non-touristy atmosphere, made for a fun evening. While the food itself was excellent as were the drinks, what made our tour special was our guide, Kevin. Kevin was enthusiastic and had a deep knowledge of Osaka's food and drink culture, of which he arranged for a variety of options for us at each location. But what most stood out about Kevin was his fun and personable way of engaging with the group. Our tour was scheduled for three hours, last closer to thee and a half, but seemed to fly by in no time thanks to Kevin.
This tour was really great! It was cool to eat and drink in places we never would have found on our own. Our guide, Paul, provided a good mix of fun facts about Osaka and its food culture and casual conversation. A great way to have dinner in Osaka!
If you want to experience the real Osaka street food you must book this tour with Kevin as a guide. Kevin was a great host, very knowledgeable about Osaka street food culture and its history. It was a fun tour! Thanks Kevin!!!

This was an incredible experience! We really enjoyed our guide Paul- he was very knowledgeable and brought great energy to the night. He definitely took us to places we never would’ve found on our own and we met some of the kindest local Japanese people from Osaka that we will think about forever! Paul was an excellent guide.

Excellent tour. Our guide was excellent was funny and had insights on the area from the history to the customs. We were able to try many different snacks and drinks from Osaka. All the spots were hidden gems which is what we were hoping for. He even invited us to an additional spot that was not part of trip (additional cash cost on it end). The tour and food was everything we hoped for. I'd definitely recommend it.
