オールド サン ファンの受付広場とされるコロン広場は、認定ツアー ガイドと会うのに理想的な場所です。ガイドは広場の中央にある大きな白い記念碑の前に立っています。ガイドは青いシャツと赤い帽子をかぶっています。 広場はクルーズ港と町の主要駐車場から北に数ブロックのところにあります。Uber やタクシーで広場まで行くことができます。 この広場では、プエルトリコの植民地時代の歴史や、広場から数歩のところにかつてあった防御構造物について学ぶことができます。
この世界遺産は、スペインがアメリカ大陸に建設した最大の要塞です。城の内部を巡り、プエルトリコ本島、サンファン湾、大西洋の最も美しい景色を堪能します。ツアーでは、地下トンネルやかつての地下牢や兵舎を訪問します。

Roberto was exceptional guide tour and very patient and polite and nice. New his history of Puerto Rico and all around.
This was a pleasant experience. Our tour guide Melanie was so nice and knowledgeable. I loved her facial expressions when explaining the history of San Juan. She answered all our questions.
It was excellent. The guide was Jorge. He was very knowledgeable! We ended up going back to the castle after the tour ended
Melania was very thorough very professional and has such a passion for the work that she was doing. I have been to Old someone numerous amount of times and taking a couple of Tours and decided to do this one with my family and when I tell you this is the best one ever I have recommended to several people if they ever use your company to try to personally ask for her. Beautiful inside and out..... so sweet and comforting I totally totally appreciate her my whole family was in awe of her wisdom

the guide got sick within an hour of the tour… he has to leave… hoping hes ok but i need my money back

Even though there was a heat advisory the day of the tour, Melanie looked out for us. Her passion for Puerto Rico, its history and culture really showed throughout the tour. I’ve wanted to tour Old San Juan for years and it was worth the wait. I would absolutely recommend Melanie and this specific tour.
