It was perfect. Only thing that I would say is make sure exactly know we’re to be picked up at. I didn’t understand it when she told me and I had to wait a little bit, but that was not the driver fault.
Our flight was delayed and change to different flight number. Called and changed pickup time to last flight of the evening. Driver was there waiting and let us know how to find him. Very friendly and no problems getting to our hotel. Highly recommend this service.
The Driver waited for us even though our bags were late getting off the plane. Very friendly and knowledgeable driver. He gave us some great vacation tips.
Although I entered our flight number and arrival time on the Viator booking form, there was no one to meet us when we arrived. When I called, they said they didn’t have any information about our arrival time. They also said they didn’t have a way to contact me, even though my email and mobile number were listed in my profile on the Viator app. So we had to wait about 30 minutes for pickup after I called. However the staff were nice. I would use them again but be sure to call them in advance to confirm pickup time.
Highly recommend, the company confirmed pick up the day before arrival. Easy directions provided on where to meet driver at the airport. Driver was very friendly and helpful with recommendations.

The shuttle was waiting at the airport for us. Very responsive. Our driver was friendly and informative.
Excellent experience from start to finish. The shuttle was easy to find right outside the baggage claim, and no wait whatsoever. We happened to be the only passengers that day, and had a very pleasant conversation with Micky, our driver. Got some good recommendations for things to explore off the beaten path, too.

Our experience couldn’t have gone better. Andrew picked us up right outside of baggage claim and told us all sorts of interesting information about the island and landmarks on our way to our resort. It was perfect.
