Starting with the amazing Bernard who picked us up from our hotel and guided us to the start of our Dunnes river falls experience we had an amazing time. We would 100% recommend for families and couples. We loved every minute. The guides up the falls were also excellent and made the whole experience lots of fun. Excellent!!! To climb is recommended water shoes, a very nice experience, see how it flows into the sea, nature, water.

Our Shawn driver has been excellent and the visit really wonderful. We spent a great family day in a place worth visiting.

Holiday Sevices arranged a private transport and tour to Dunn’s River and the Mystic Lagoon afterwards. We were picked up by Rolando, the driver and tour guide, who was brilliant. He was ever so polite, kind and knowledgeable. He was very patient and accommodating when we wanted something different. Thank him for making our day unforgettable. Hopefully, he is the same guide to take us on our next trip. Dunns River is a must-see!! It was a fantastic experience and fun, and now it is one of my wonders of the world…how that river flows from so high into the sea. I loved it!!

We had a private tour with rolando, and he was so much fun and very knowledgeable on the local area. He picked us up and dropped us off with such ease. We felt so safe and nothing was too much trouble! We even took a detour to do some local shopping which we requested. Certainly worth the money and private tour as well.

After having the tour cancelled by the operator and told that it could be rescheduled for 2 days later, we waited at the hotel lobby and they never showed up. No email or anything after I had contacted them several times. Hoping that my money will be refunded. Ended up just taking a taxi and paying the entrance fee on our own, was cheaper that the cost through the tour company. Still going to try and get my money back but we’ll see. Stay away from these guys.

Noel was a great guide and very helpful. Photos weren’t fantastic and the video was more of an advertisement so not really worth the $40 price tag. Bring your own waterproof camera.

We cannot recommend this company enough! We had multiple services (Club Mobay, excursion tours, and concierge services). Everyone at the airport helped make the process so easy, so quick, and absolutely no stress. We had been delayed multiple times and they were able to accommodate every change. Omar met us at our resort and helped coordinate the perfect day of excursions and answered all of our questions. Andre picked us up at our resort and kept us safe, checked into our excursions for us, had a clean car, made additional stops per our request. If you are coming to Jamaica and want to have the best stress free vacation then book with Holiday services.

In October 2018 (unfortunately it was no longer possible to select above) we had a fantastic holiday in what I consider to be the most beautiful country in the Caribbean, during which we visited almost all of the federal states. Of course, climbing up the waterfall on Dunn's River was also a great experience. You have to visit Bob Marley. The boat trip on the Black River is also worth it. We felt really good there with constant reggae music. It's an indescribable attitude to life. Rainer Preuße
