Bring cash to tip, because you’ll want to tip the guides
The Zip Line tour through the trees & across the river was fantastic! Our guides were incredibly knowledgeable, capable, & efficient at getting everyone moving along safely. They fit you with gear straps, gloves & helmet. They give instructions & demonstrations before we head up the trees. Then off we go! Do wear closed toe shoes for the zip line; it would be terrible to stub your toe by accident.
And definitely bring cash for tipping!! We live in such a cashless society in the US, we forget cash is still king outside our borders. Many people neglected to tip because they didn’t have cash with them. And the guides didn’t have a virtual tip jar with QR code.

Definitely recommend but come prepared
My boyfriend and I did the zipline and Dunn's waterfalls shore excursion on the celebrity reflection cruise. It was an amazing excursion. Definitely worth every penny. The zip lining was awesome. The zipline guides were very helpful, nice and fun. I really enjoyed the Dunn's waterfalls as well. Definitely wear your water shoes that have grip, bring a waterproof phone case, a swimsuit and bring a change of clothes. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend. Zipline guides Jason and Brian were great. Dunn's falls guide Casey was also great.

Was pretty much nice and fun
My tour was nice I enjoy it a lot …my tour guide Simpson and Lenny did a great job!!!yayyyy….they make sure we enjoy our tour

Great Experience!!
Shaq and Dunkin are great!! Very good instructors and they will make you laugh!! Make sure to also go on the river falls, the water feels amazing

Sky high zip lining
Truly remarkable experience with Lennie and Smiley who looked after us on the tour safely. Well worth the entrance fee with some sky high views of the falls

Great Guides !
The guides were great !! Loved them both !!. They made me love Zip-lining. Will do it again when I take another trip to Jamaica .

Zip line and bamboo ride dumb
Only 4 short zip lines and the bamboo ride was short and way over priced for these 2 excursions, wouldn’t recommend it

It seems you have attached your review to the wrong company. This tour to which your review is attached, doesn't have any bamboo ride component and the zipline course at the Dunn's River Falls has several ziplines, 2 rope bridges and typically takes approximately 45-60 minutes to complete depending on the group size.
We are sorry to hear that whichever excursion you went on was not to your liking and love to invite you on one of our actual excursions during your next visit to Jamaica.

Amazing Carnival cruise excursion
MJ was amazing!!!! The whole crew is amazing. Half my party was scared of heights and then we had a 6 year old. I can not say anything bad. The whole family had a blast.
