NYC Statue City Cruises : 自由の女神公式チケット

Had a wonderful afternoon. Ferry pick up and drop off was easy to use. All personnel were kind and helpful. Our day trip was perfect. Not too crowded. And the Statue is amazing to see her close up.

Was very nice, make sure to dress for the weather. Vas very brisk on the cruise ship. Would recommend again

Don’t go on a holiday or anniversary event! Traffic is a nightmare! The actual viewing of Lady Liberty was amazing!

We really enjoyed the whole Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island experience and would definitely recommend it, especially if it’s your first trip to New York. We booked the 9:00am ferry with Statue City Cruises and I’m really glad we chose an early time. It wasn’t too busy, everything at Battery Park was easy to find, and security and boarding were really smooth with no waiting around. The boats were clean and comfortable and you could choose whether to sit or stand wherever you wanted, which made it really easy to get good views and photos of the Statue of Liberty and Manhattan skyline on the way over. Liberty Island was definitely the highlight for us. Seeing the Statue of Liberty up close is really impressive and the island itself is lovely to walk around. We had pedestal tickets, which were worth doing, although we would have liked to visit the crown too. Crown tickets weren’t available when we booked, so I’d definitely recommend booking those well in advance if that’s something you want to do. We also visited the Statue of Liberty Museum and really enjoyed it. It explains the history of the statue, how it was designed and built, and added a lot to the experience. We spent around an hour to an hour and a half on Liberty Island, which felt about right for us, before taking the ferry across to Ellis Island. Ellis Island was interesting and the views were nice, but personally it wasn’t as much our thing. I think if you’re particularly interested in immigration history you could spend a lot of time there, but for us Liberty Island was much more memorable. The ferries between Liberty Island, Ellis Island and Manhattan were frequent enough and we never felt stuck anywhere. If you just miss one you may have a short wait, but nothing unreasonable. Overall, the whole experience was really well organised and easy from start to finish. Statue City Cruises did exactly what we needed them to do, and the Statue of Liberty itself absolutely lived up to expectations. I’d happily recommend the whole experience.

The only tour company that takes you into the statue. Hard to find the castle ticket office though as the park is under construction. So many other guys trying to sell tickets to you. Nice cruise over and back. Many steps up to the pedestal though unless you take the elevator

This was one of the highlights of our 5 day trip to NYC. The island ferry staff were very helpful and supportive (I went with my elderly father) and they helped us fast track the queue. When we got to the island, they had wheel chairs available FOC to use. we went around the island in about 40 minutes at a leisurely pace talking multi photos. Nice way to spend half a day.

Visiting the Statue of Liberty was a must for me — you really can’t say you’ve been to NYC without seeing this iconic landmark. Crown tickets were long gone by the time I checked, so I grabbed Pedestal Access instead, and it was still a great experience. The ferry ride over was a fun little adventure. We went first thing in the morning, and the wind made the crossing a bit choppy, but it was only about 15 to 20 minutes. The climb up to the pedestal was a solid workout with an amazing payoff at the top. The Statue of Liberty Museum is included with all tickets. It is small, easy to explore, and filled with interesting exhibits about the statue’s construction, symbolism, and history. The original torch on display is a true “wow” moment.

What a spectacular place to visit. The museum is amazing one of the best ones that I've been to in a long time. Extremely interactive. The gift shop has a lot of cool things to keep as memorabilia to offer. I really liked the stamps that they have at the side of the gift shop. They're free. They have the date you visited and the Statue of Liberty on the ink. I recommend stamping any bills you have in your wallet and keeping them or giving them away. You can also buy memorabilia from the vendors outside for really good prices. The views of the city are out of this world there's not a bad place to take a picture from. Overall you really feel like you're a part of history when you get on the island.

Visited Statue of liberty and Ellis Island. Little disappointed with Ellis. We went there so we could look up our family names and it was closed.

Well worth the trip. Staff and signage helpful in navigating the crowd. Enjoyed both the Statue and Ellis Island stop equally.
