This experience was great! We had a wonderful trip. It was hot in New York City this week, and being in the air-conditioned luxury boat with cold drinks and cocktails, made it that much better! What a way to see New York City!
Nice uncrowded boat to see the Statue of Liberty. Highlights: - Got to see the statue up close and get some good pics - Also got to see the Brooklyn Bridge - 1.5 hours was a good time--not too long - Smaller boat so not hoards of tourists - Nice assigned table seating in the spacious inside - Access to the front of the boat outside - Included a drink: from a short list or discount on cocktails - Some snacks: nuts, cheese, etc. - Nice staff - Knowledgeable guide Lowlights: - Tour was focused on the boats in the harbor and their history. that was fine but would've liked more on the buildings themselves
We loved it, the boat is beautiful, we really enjoyed it. The only complaint is that it was not a longer tour.
I chose this boat tour because we are assigned a table when you check in and the seating is inside ( in case it’s raining or if it’s too hot). We got lucky and had a cloudy day but no rain. The boat ride was very comfortable. We did get a complementary drink. The only thing I did notice and felt was annoying is that our guide (waitress) only paid attention to the guests who preordered food and drinks. The couple next to us had ordered a cheese tray and drinks and she filled their drinks at least 4-5 times. She came to us once. It was the same way with the table on the other side of us—she was very attentive with them but would walk past us. It was very strange. We would have ordered more drinks/items but the waitress was not interested in serving us. Other than that, the boat ride was very comfortable and the views were great!

It may be that the crew had divided up the serving areas or were working to get all the pre-orders taken care of before adding on new orders and then kept getting additional requests in those areas while doing so as we do not try to serve any one area or type of order differently than any other, but we will check in with this crew to see how we can make an improvement to avoid this in the future.
