Guided tour once the 14 seater van dropped us at Niagra visitor center. Assigned guide was very respectful and helpful. Tickets for Maid-of-the-mist & Cave-of-the-winds were provided by the guide. Van ride was bumpy. At NYC pickup point, the driver didn't have our viator booking details and we had to show booking details on our mobile and call viator helpline to convincine the driver that we were valid customers.
Absolutely worth the ride from NYC to get there. We had just enough time to do everything we wanted to do while we were visiting Niagara Falls and even a few things we didn’t plan. We elected for the guided tour which was worth it in my opinion to have someone take care of your tickets and drive you around and show you the sights. I chose to walk across the Rainbow Bridge into Canada on my own. Coming back was quick and painless with border security. We also had plenty of time to enjoy wings at Anchor Bar.

Had a great time. Pick up instructions were clear, van was easy to find, and Treasure was an excellent driver and all around cool person. Made sure we were all comfortable and made plenty of rest stops on the way there and back. My guide Frank was amazing. Very knowledgeable about the best times and viewpoints. Also took pics for me since I was traveling solo. Went to many attractions on the NY side and Canadian side of the falls. Loved him.
