Cozymealを通して開催されるこの体験型クラスで、NYのイタリア語料理の優雅さを発見しましょう。 少人数限定で、パスタ作りに欠かせない技術や本格的な味を紹介。 ご準備いただくメニューは、 ・スターター：ザクロ、カボチャの種、ハチミツのホイップリコッタクロスティーニ ・メインコース：手作りポテトニョッキ ローストガーリック、トマトコンフィ、ほうれん草のフィレンツェソース添え -デザート：エスプレッソ漬けのてんとう虫、マスカルポーネ、ココアを重ねたクラシックティラミス 自宅のキッチンに持ち帰るテクニックを学びながら、創作を楽しみましょう。

Food was great! Chef was very nice and informative/experienced but class is hosted in the chefs HOME which is not properly advertised. Also not a four course meal which is advertised, it is three course (app, entree, dessert). I enjoyed the intimate setting just the chef and two couples total. We were also drinking tap water out of red solo cups and eating out of paper plates/bowls. Great time but falsely advertised and expensive for what you get in my opinion!

Me and my boyfriend went together as a fun date and the chef Jamie could not of been more welcoming and fun! We aren’t great cooks but she made it simple while still giving us a chance to try. Food was great and we left around 2.5 hours later. We are native New Yorkers and would recommend to tourists and locals!!

This gnocchi cooking class turned out to be such a wonderful date-night adventure. Our chef was warm, thoughtful and effortlessly guided us through every step and made the experience not only a great learning experience but also a lot of fun. We started with whipped ricotta crostini topped with pomegranate and honey then moved on to roll our own potato gnocchi before pairing it with a roasted garlic tomato confit sauce and fresh spinach basil. Dessert was a classic espresso tiramisu that felt indulgent without being overly complicated. We are excited to try out the recipe again at home.

Chef was great! Our class was so fun and enjoyable. She taught us so many tips and tricks for cooking delicious food on a budget. She also provided a lot of ways to provide variety to the recipes and make them versatile.

We booked this cooking class as a date night and it was a wonderful experience. The appetizer, the gnocchi with the Florentine sauce were great. Our most favorite dish was definitely the tiramisu. Highly recommended. Thank you Chef Jamie!
