アメリカの歴史と自然の壮観さを融合した、ニューヨークからの少人数の脱出の旅で、東海岸を3日間でたっぷり取材。 1日目はアメリカ独立発祥の地であるフィラデルフィアへと南下し、その後、大通りやモニュメントのあるワシントンD.C.へと向かいます。 2日目はナイアガラの滝に向かって北に曲がります。コーニング・ミュージアム・オブ・グラスや、季節によってはワトキンス・グレンの峡谷トレイルに立ち寄ります。滝が色のついたライトで光る、奥深いナイトツアーに間に合うように到着します。 3日目は、ワールプール・パーク、風の洞窟、夏の有名なメイド・オブ・ザ・ミスト、または冷涼な季節の歴史的なオールド・フォート・ナイアガラのクラシック・ツアー（オプション）からお選びいただけます。 ホテル2泊分と往復交通費が含まれています。

Initial part of trip was good with good bus and tour manager. However when bus met with a minor accident, thereafter they couldn’t handle it well. At accident spot Driver collected passport of all passengers as requested by police officer but didn’t take any responsibility for one missing passport when returned. It became only passenger’s responsibility to search for passport and coordinate with police officer. Next day morning again lot of confusion and trip was delayed by 1 hour. Return trip was arranged through another bus which was not so in good condition.

We are pleased to hear that the initial portion of the trip was enjoyable and that you had a positive impression of the tour manager and the bus condition at the start. However, we deeply regret that the remainder of the journey did not meet your expectations, and we would like to address each of the concerns you raised. 1. When the police officer returned the passports at the accident scene, our guide noticed that one passport was missing. Both the driver and the guide immediately raised this with the officer and requested that the police vehicle be checked again. Unfortunately, the officer initially insisted that all passports had been returned and was reluctant to revisit the vehicle. We understand that it was only after you personally spoke with the officer that the passport was eventually located in the police car. 2. The delay was caused by an unexpected requirement for the driver to complete a mandatory drug and blood test before beginning the day's route, the driver was only notified of this requirement at 8:30 AM. Due to the length of the queue at the testing facility, the driver's return was further postponed. Upon learning of the delay, our guide immediately contacted our bus department to to ensure the smooth continuation of the day's itinerary. 3. Regarding the condition of the return bus, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Please rest assured that your feedback has been forwarded to our transportation team for review and inspection. Once again, we sincerely apologize for the difficulties you experienced after what began as a positive trip. We are grateful for your understanding and for giving us the opportunity to address these matters.

It was an amazingly managed tour from Jupiter Legend. Jay is super fun, caring and very experienced tour leader. I absolutely loved the factual tidbits he gave along the way and how he always checked in to make sure we were doing okay. I would absolutely recommend this tour!!

Sammy guides are knowledgeable, explain humorous and funny, often tell funny little stories during the trip, do things seriously and responsibly, help us solve a lot of problems, in case of any problems have timely help and effective solutions.
