Such a wonderful experience for a Sex and the City nerd, there was lots of extra trivia and facts from Hannah. She really brought the energy and made us all laugh and involved. For a solo trip, it was lovely to meet people and bond over our love for Sex and the City.
10/10 any satc fan should do this! Hannah was amazing! Also feels very cool to see all those places - you feel like you’re just in the movie so if you’re considering the tour for sure take it.

The meeting point was changed last minute and I was not notified about that anyhow, the guide did not take the call when I was trying to reach out. As a result I missed the experience I was waiting for long and wasted my time. Considering I am a foreign tourist, and was in NYC only for few days, the company did not wish to make a refund for inconvenience caused, wishing only to reschedule while I had to leave next day and this tour was booked long in advance. Not recommended and very disappointing experience.
Hi Vera, as you mentioned, we did notify people about the new meet-up location, which was just around the corner from the old one. We ask people to arrive 15 minutes before the tour starts for check-in, so in this case 3:45. Unfortunately we did not begin to receive any calls from you until 4:33 pm, this was from your father calling on your behalf. We talked for several minutes with him then, and again spoke with him for several minutes when he called again. When people miss the beginning of a tour, we always communicate where and when the tour group will be for their first stop, which gives people the opportunity to meet up and attend the remainder of the tour. We issued a gift card so that you can attend this tour at any point in the future.
We booked the Sex and the City Hotspots Tour through Hellotickets and unfortunately were very disappointed with the experience. The tour started approximately one hour late (5:00 PM instead of the scheduled time), which significantly disrupted our evening plans. We had a dinner reservation booked well in advance and, because of the delay, had to leave the tour at 7:00 PM — the original advertised end time. In addition, the bus was extremely hot despite the air conditioning being running, and the noise from the AC made it difficult to hear and understand the tour guide. Other guests also left the tour early due to the delay. We understand that traffic in New York can be unpredictable, but a delay of this magnitude, combined with the uncomfortable conditions on the bus and poor audio quality, meant that the experience did not match what was advertised. We are sharing this feedback so that both Hellotickets and On Location Tours are aware of the customer experience and so that future customers can make an informed decision. The tour itself has potential, but the operational issues on our visit significantly affected our enjoyment of it.
Lara was great! She was personable and you could tell she loved SATC! The stops were great! The bus we had needed some work, AC was weak so it was hot inside and very bumpy! But enjoyed the tour, the length and the amount of stops. Would recommend!
Our guide Lara was amazing & very knowledgeable regarding everything Sex & the City and NYC. 3 stops along the way include Buddakan restaurant, Magnolia Bakery & Carrie's apartment then the bar that Aiden & Steve owned. Enjoyed a pretty good Cosmopolitan at the bar. Unfortunately the transport on the day wasn't the best - poorly air-conditioned bus on a hot NY day was the only disappointment. If you're a huge fan of the series - it's worth it. If you don't know much about the series, it wouldn't be worthwhile doing this tour.

Ryahn was our tour guide and she was lively and knowledgeable! She made it so much fun. The bus needs better air conditioning. The meeting spot was not as it was listed...said in front of Bergdorf but it was changed to the fountain and there was no communication about that.
