Sharon B was exceptional and supported our purchase, adjustment, and any issues we had throughout the process! The staff are very kind and helpful, if you have any issues just go to their kiosk at the base of the ESB. They normally can flex the ticket time a bit before/after the original time. Stunning view of the city that pictures just can't capture. Highly recommend at night or during sunset.!

We had such a great time visiting the Empire State Building. The views were AMAZING and the staff was great!! Gerard guided us and he was very informative. Not only did he know so much about the building, he knew a lot about the city and pointed out some important landmarks. We had a great experience. Definitely coming back!!
Interesting as you walk through with all the history of it being build then amazing views when you reach the top.
The experience was excellent! We truly enjoyed the views of the skyscrapers. You can admire the towers either from behind the windows or from the rooftop of the building. The sight is breathtaking and offers a unique perspective of the cityscape. Don't miss the opportunity to take in these stunning views!

Entering on 34th Street, you then follow signs to the elevator that takes you to the 80th floor. After going through a museum where there are displays of the many movies filmed here as well as videos showing how it was built, then take the elevator to the 86th floor observation deck. If you have purchased a ticket for the 102nd floor, there is a special elevator that goes to that level. Views are spectacular! As you then exit, the path takes you through the gift shop.
