Got to destination only to be told that there was zero visibility which is the whole purpose of going up top for views

Purchased the Sky lift experience. But due to high winds it was closed. The noreastern was that weekend, so it was understandable. The manager said to contact Viator for a partial refund. But to date I have not been able to contact Viator. The app where you are directed to request a refund does not seem to work.

I’ve toured New York City many times, but this was the first time my sister and I visited together—and it was her first time ever in the city! I decided to book the Top of the Rock ticket along with the Beam experience. The Beam was incredibly fun, and the photographers were very engaging. The surprise video included in the digital photo package was truly worth it for us. Interestingly, you’re only on the Beam for about a minute. Aside from that, the views from the top are wonderful. Is it worth the price? For the experience, yes, but probably not for a repeat visit. It’s definitely a tourist attraction that leans on the expensive side, especially when you could likely get similar views from other nearby skyscrapers.

Well, I bought the tickets from Viator I wanted the observation deck and the beam. When I book the tickets, it looked like I got both cause that’s what I clicked on it and when I got there it was only for the observation deck and had to pay $20 more per person to go on the beam. So when you show it, you make it look like you’re getting both in reality. You’re only getting the observation deck.

Easy entry, fun NYC attraction. Great photo ops and views of the whole city. Bar, cafe, a gift kiosk at the top. Skylift was a great addition!

Worst experience ever. Can't take your water beyond the lift but as soon as your out the lift at the top you can buy one. Packed like sardines. Time booked for 7pm didn't get up till 7.45pm. just wanted up to get a couple of photos, spent 10 mins at top but it took 1.5 hrs between the Q to get in & the Q to get out. Absolute carryon. Wouldn't recommend, was much better at the other viewing decks. So disappointed.

We had a great experience at Top of the Rock! Professional and friendly staff, great bar and phenomenal views!! This has to be the best view in all of NYC 😍!
