Booked a Notre Dame external tour with access to crypt. Finished external tour to be advised that crypt is closed and booking should not have been taken. Guide advised that she would investigate a full refund and notify me asap. I am still waiting.

Our tour with Elisabeth was full of very interesting history about Notre Dame’s exterior. Without Elisabeth knowledge we would have missed so much. One disappointment was not getting to the crypts which I had booked. Instead we went to Sainte Chappell. It was very beautiful and interesting though. We were a group of 5 and 3 did not book the crypts.
