They don't even have the correct tour for the review: **Terrible experience - Tour to the Eiffel Tower that never existed** We bought 5 tickets for the "Eiffel Tower + Summit" tour on 04/26/2026, to take it on 06/20/2026. On the day of the tour, we encountered extreme heat in Paris and, upon checking the details, we saw that the meeting point was not at the Eiffel Tower but at the Cultural Embassy of Azerbaijan, 30 minutes before the agreed time (4:00 PM). We arrived at the embassy at 4:15 PM and there was absolutely no one waiting. We returned to the Eiffel Tower at the exact time of the tour and we split up as a family to look for any representative of the agency or the tour at the different entrances: nothing. We returned to the Azerbaijan embassy on three separate occasions, at different times, and there was never any sign that it was a meeting point for any tour. During that same day, we sent two messages through the Odyscover platform explaining the problem. We did not have any response. The most incredible thing was that the next day, 06/21/2026, we received an email from Odyscover thanking us for having participated in the tour. A tour that we were never able to access because there simply was no real meeting point or contact from the agency. We requested a date change or a refund via messages, and to this day we have not received any response from Odyscover. As an additional note, the information staff at the Eiffel Tower itself confirmed to us that, due to the heat wave those days, the ascent to the Summit was closed, so that part of the contracted service could not even have been offered. I do not recommend this agency. We paid for a service that was never provided, with no communication, no solution, and an attitude that borders on a total lack of professionalism.

We ran into a medical emergency and they helped us tremendously.

Guide never showed up. Now I will be fighting for a refund. We stood exactly as instructed, arrived 30 minutes early and looked for the guide for half an hour.

Ok, so on the day of the tour everything went wrong for me. Consequently, I was as about 5 minutes late. The tour was nowhere to be seen.

Wonderful experience!! Notre Dame explained in a fascinating way. We learned so much . Denise our tour guide was so knowledgeable . The best tour !!!

Don’t book either them they got the day wrong for booking and then cancel 1/2 hour before tour due to start

Perkins was very informative + we learned a lot. We enjoyed his knowledge + persobality. Very pleasant.

NO SHOW - we arrived early and at the correct place and waited a long time and no guide ever arrived. Texted and chated with operator and never got a response. Called Discover Tours after contacting Viator and they didn’t not answer the call. Very frustrating and so unprofessional of them to treat customers on holiday so poorly.

Perkins was very nice and well informed. I can recommend it. The tour goes around Notre Dame once, as no guides are allowed inside. Both historical, architectural, religious aspects as well as information on the great fire.

Our guide Perkins was absolutely fantastic. Very interesting Insights into history and Alone the Big Fire of 2019. We had a Family Tour of about one Hour and came out knowing so much more about Paris, french history and How difficult it was to rebuild the church
