The driver showed up about 15 minutes late and both the driver and the dispatch office did not answer my messages when I wrote asking what the status was. When the driver arrived, he was not very friendly. He grabbed my bag, but not my mother’s - which I thought was strange. He did get us to our destination though - and the ride was pleasant.

The relaxing drive from the airport to hotel. The driver was friendly and knowledgeable. What would have made a better experience is if the driver would have been in the airport waiting for my arrival. But all in all it was an enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend this company for future travelers
