Thus us just an audio tour it doesn't get you in or do anything for you. Parking at Muir woods is $10. Just go directly to them and book you parking reservation.
John, my product is a self-guided audio tour for driving and walking. At the same time, Muir Woods parking fees, entrance fees, and required vehicle reservations are separate and clearly excluded from the listing. The audio tour provides GPS-guided directions, stories, and commentary so you can explore independently at your own pace. The tour is valid for a year so that you can try the audio guide. If you’ve left the location, I can provide a replacement tour or process a refund. I’m available daily from 9 to 6 EST to help.
I don’t like filling out firms like this. I cannot move forward w/out answering g all the questions. This is a waist of my time.

I’m not sure which forms or questions you were seeing, as my Muir Woods GPS Driving and Walking Audio Tour only requires you to follow the instructions sent after booking, download the app, and set up the tour before your visit. There should be no forms to fill out or extra questions to answer to use the audio tour. First they do not tell you that you have to make a parking reservation with the park itself, then the Wireless internet do not work at park, there is not such a thing as self guided tour as we talk to park ranger at the entrance, Also the free parking area is like 3 Miles walking distance, So do not waste your time and money on this tour, Is misleading everybody to buy a experience that do not exist.
Carlos, parking reservations, entrance fees, and park access are managed separately by Muir Woods, and I mention in the listing that these must be arranged separately. My tour is a self-guided audio tour through the app, not an official park reservation or ranger-led tour. The audio tour added so much to our visit to Muir Woods. The instructions made it clear that this purchase is an audio tour experience and not a parking pass, vehicle reservation, or park entrance ticket, so we came prepared (Some of them having an argument with a ranger) and had no confusion on arrival. We loved exploring at our own pace, stopping whenever we wanted for photos, and learning about the forest along the way. Highly recommended!

A great way to see Muir Woods! The narration was engaging and the GPS timing was spot on. We really appreciated the technical flexibility—even though CarPlay is not fully supported, we just played the audio through the car stereo and it worked perfectly. It felt like having a personal guide with us the whole time.

We downloaded the app and we were able to connect to the tour while driving to Muir Woods. Once inside the park, we were not able to reconnect.
Lois, thank you for sharing your experience, and I’m sorry the connection inside the park caused trouble. Muir Woods can have very limited cell service once you’re inside the forest, which is why the tour is designed to be fully downloaded beforehand so it can run offline without needing a signal. It sounds like you were able to connect while driving there, which is great, but I’d love to understand what happened once you entered the park? I would like to know more, my team is available daily from 9 AM to 6 PM EST.
I purchased 2 tours because it said in the description that it was only for 4 people and I had 5, there was no need to do that because you are only purchasing the audio tour, I even asked if it was needed and was told to purchase 2 tours. It isn’t clearly advertised what you are getting and tickets to enter the park along with parking are not included, only the audio tour which CANNOT be used inside the park because it is illegal account to the park employees
