Have used the meet and greet to drop our car off several times would highly recommend a car is always ready when we get in and it’s nice and close to the terminal good value for money

As I am getting on a bit I thought, to avoid a long walk, that I would book the meet and greet at Stansted. This cost me £120 and I ended up having to walk about 250 yds to the reception who took our keys and then another 150 yds into the airport. The same on our return, but with the added problem of trying to find your car once they’d given you the keys back and a rather vague idea as to where it would be found! This is not the meet and greet service I had at Gatwick where I rang a number 10 mins be for arriving, a man was there to take the car off, and on our return had to ring the number whilst waiting for our luggage and the car was waiting for us just outside the terminal building. Stansted was an absolute con, and one could have parked far cheaper at another car park and possibly had a shorter walk
The meet-and-greet parking arrangements at Stansted, including key handover and vehicle collection, are managed by the airport parking provider rather than ourselves. We understand your frustration regarding the walking distance and vehicle collection process.

booked (and paid for) transfer directly from the site: London City Airport taxi transfer. route from central London to Stansted airport for a minivan for 6 passengers at 1:30 PM. arrived at 2:00 PM (half an hour late) and with a rather old SUV for 4 people. p.s. during the wait, there was no phone assistance: no one answered! terrible experience with an absolutely awful transfer agency! advice: do not risk missing your flight with these people.

Absolutely brilliant, we had booked for 3 weeks but due to the Middle East crisis we couldn't get back, I emailed and was told not to worry my car could stay where it was without incurring anymore cost!! Wow I couldn't believe it, the communication was quick, the only people who seemed to want to help in any way during this testing time. Emailed again 10 days later to give them our expected arrival time as we were flying into Gatwick, again no problem my car will be there waiting for me. Even wishing me a safe journey. 😊
