Excellent experience with Jero arman in the jeep he was really friendly and took his time explaining things to us whilst taking some insane photos. Will recommend to my friends and family.
Gustu and Komo did a fantastic job taking us up the mountain and showing us the lava plain on the north side of the volcano. They took beautiful photos of all of us before, during, and after the sunrise.
Sari, who handled our pickup and drop-off, was exceptionally polite, courteous, and professional. Despite the very early morning start, the drive to Mount Batur for the sunrise was comfortable and thoroughly enjoyable. Sari’s excellent driving skills, friendly nature, and warm demeanor made the experience even more pleasant. I would gladly rate Sari 5 out of 5 both as a driver and as a person.

We had an amazing day with Komo. The sunrise view of Mount Batur was stunning. We also loved the aksasa cafe. Komo takes the best photos and is so friendly and informative
Jero is the absolute best!!! They took photos with such passion, explained everything so well, and played great music to liven up the atmosphere. It was truly the best. If you come to Bali, this tour is highly, highly recommended^^

Gede our driver was great! was on time, a safe driver, very kind! took us to a cafe and a coffee plantation after our tour! we did not feel rushed and he patiently waited for us to finish. our tour guide Raja was amazing and took fantastic pictures!! can not say enough positive things about these 2, highly recommend!
Our sunrise jeep tour at Mount Batur was one of the most unforgettable experiences of our trip to Bali! From start to finish, everything was so well organized and a huge part of what made it special was our amazing guide, Edi. Edi was friendly, patient, and full of energy. When we reached the top for sunrise, she helped us find the perfect spot to enjoy the view it was truly breathtaking! He even brought us breakfast, and took great photos of us while we enjoyed the morning light. His warm personality and genuine care made the whole experience feel personal and memorable.
The experience was amazing!! From finish to start everything was well organized and turned out so well and so pretty. Kodok our driver was really patient, amazing and kept us safe. Also our driver for the Mont Batur tour Mantra was really fun and enthusiastic!! I really recommend booking activities with them!!
