Good expérience but the guide Forgot to bring bottles of water and didn’t offer us during the expérience

Amazing experience! Trekking was a bit tough but when you reach at top of Mt. Batur it was breathing taking view and experience!!
Very happy with the experience! Gede the driver was with us from 1:30am till 2pm and he was very polite and friendly. Our guide at Mt Batur was very patient and made us a great breakfast at the summit. The hot springs were also very relaxing after a challenging trek. Highly recommend!

The hike was so amazing! The tour guide, Ketut, was so attentive and at the end of the day he was a hero. A freaking monkey threw my backpack to the bottom of the mountain, beware of the monkeys that come after sunrise, and Ketut went and grabbed it. Throughout the hike he helped my sister and I by pulling us up. He was super nice! Seeing the sunset this was just a gift!!
