Amazing experience!!! Bayu was fantastic, very thoughtful and organised. He helped us make the most of our day from Mount Batur to the coffee plantation and the amazing waterfalls. Very knowledgeable about the area and patient, helped take great photos. Would love to have him again

The trek was super demanding and really not for the untrained. It's a tough climb for two hours. In between, motorcycles are offered to bring one up for 400,000 IDR. But pulling through is worth it. The view was amazing. And the guide pushed you well to get up. But I would have liked the pace to be a little more relaxed and everyone to be looked after. That came up short for me and the star deduction for it. Also, the driver was a bit oblique. The pickup worked great, just 15 min early. And when we got back to the car after the trek he was still asleep and then got ready in peace. The waterfall was a bust. He could have been saved. The star deduction for this too. But the view is pure madness

We’d a really lovely day on the tour. Our guide - Rapa - communicated with us lots so we knew when he’s collect us and when we’d be dropped home and was punctual. We got to the mountain and our second guide was ready and waiting. It’s a challenging but good hike. It did rain and was foggy so visibility at the top was poor but all very good. We decided not to go to the coffee plantation due to time restrictions and went straight to the waterfall. Rapa was happy to accommodate the change.

Had a great time with our guide Anda. He was very informative about the mountain and volcano . He also made sure everyone was safe and happy

First, let me just say that the Balinese are so hospitable and provide superb service. Starting with our hotel concierge at the Anantara (Yuni) who arranged a boxed breakfast for us (at 1am!), to our taxi driver Surya, to our hiking guide Jordan, they all took care of us and made sure we were doing fine. The hike up the volcano was done in the early morning hours with a headlamp and a hiking pole. It was quite challenging especially for the 50+ year old Mamas in our group, but the 20 somethings handled it easily. We made it up there by 5:45 or so and so a spectacular sunrise, followed by a delicious warm banana sandwich for breakfast. We hiked back down and then went to a coffee plantation for coffee and tea tasting .. another cool experience. And then a waterfall and then back to our hotel. Thank you Jordan and Surya!

The hike is considered moderately difficult, taking about 1-2 hours to reach the summit. The terrain can be uneven and steep, especially towards the top.

An amazing early morning experience my driver Rapa was so good at explaining the trip out and was incredibly skillful on the difficult Bali roads. My guide Arto was hilarious and all round a great guide.

Absolutely magnificent!!! What an experience I highly recommend this tour The hike is a little challenging I took the motorcycle option from half way to the top That experience was also fantastic!!! Take some $ just incase ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
