Today we did this tour and it was amazing. Seeing the sunrise at top of the volcano is an incredible experience. The greatest part was the people that helped us to get there. In first place, Mel, our driver, who picked us up, and made our whole trip better! Thank you. Then Jow, the jeep driver. He got us to the top and took amazing pictures. And finally Ayu, our guide during the hike. She did an amazing job and made us feel really comfortable
This was such an amazing experience the hard work to the top was worth it after seeing the beautiful sunrise and our guide Nenguh was soo helpful constantly asking us if we were okay and making sure we took breaks if we needed it, which I deffo did, and our driver Edy was the sweetest! If this is not on your list I would a 100% add it
Had an amazing experience and all necessary equipment was provided (head light, hiking stick, water and breakfast) . Special shout out to our tour guide Nengah, he was very considerate made sure we were always going at a pace we comfortable with and helping us anytime it was very steep. Even had a karaoke session together on the way back down 😂 And Edeh our driver was also very considerate and constantly checking on how we were doing. Would definitely recommend booking with them.
We had the best experience with Edy and Eri.. We are really grateful for them.. Edy helping us all step of the way for Mount Batur Tour, taking us to one of the bestest restaurant with coffee plantation.. He took care of us a lot even when my sister got car sick.. I would come back to them all the time.. Also Eri, our best photographer for Mount Batur and Black Lava tour 🤗 Thank you so much..
