This trip is not worth the money, we were picked up across the road from our hotel and taken to the craft village, where we visited a glass factory. There we saw four or five people blowing glass vases, interesting but only a small cottage industry, then we were bused to a supposedly jewellery factory, but this was actually one man making small pendants (definitely not a factory) - both these areas were hard sell shops and not proper factory visits, take that from a man who worked in factories for 42 years of his life and perform factory tours. Following these stops we were taken to the silent city of Mdina, this is an extremely small city with great views of 75% of the island of Malta, stop was far too long for the size of the city. Then finally we were taken to the cathedral in Mosta, this is the famous cathedral hit with a bomb in the Second World War, views inside the cathedral were stunning.
I couldn't make the tour because of incredible negligence. The day before the tour we are confirmed the appointment at 8.55 in front of a hotel. At 8.54 a Pick-Up arrives with the driver who reading the list of participants calls me and lets me and my partner get on the shuttle. During the trip, after a few minutes, talking to the guide, I discover that I am on the wrong tour. They book us a taxi and invite us to get off the shuttle, in the middle of a street. Never in my life have I received such treatment. I am trying to claim a refund, but it seems to be practically impossible because the parties involved do not take responsibility, in fact it would be my fault because I took the wrong Pick-Up. To conclude the matter positively, I laugh just thinking about it, the Call Center operator blocked my cell phone number. I leave to those who read every kind of evaluation.
I booked an English guide, but got a Lithuanian who spent most of the time speaking Russian to the small group of Russians who were on our bus. We got very little guiding and very little time at the stops because we had to stand and wait for her to guide in Russian too. The tour was a whole day but most of the day was spent picking up passengers and dropping off passengers from all over the island or listening to Russian.
Church in Mosta is so wonderful and Mdina is great old city. Valetta and Gozo were very interesting.

A fairly good half day tour which covered the places as described. Balance of time was not right, only 15 minutes at Mosta but a total of an hour at various craft places. At the end the guide told us to wait for the bus half an hour before the bus arrived. I could have seen the Cathedral and museum if I knew this, instead of waiting in the sun. The pickup in the morning was an hour going round the hotels and fairly hectic in places whilst the bus navigated exceptionally busy narrow streets, with lots of shouting and horning. Notwithstanding this, given the price for this tour, I can't really complain too much.

Tour was just so so. It is rated a three-star as my husband and I can take off at Valletta centre on our request which is not as schedule and which save us all the traffic problem, otherwise it is a two star rating. The tour guide is OK but time was not given enough on Mosta, like 15 minutes vs time spent on the Crafts Village was like 30 mins.

hard to believe this old city is so beautiful and probably hasn't really changed much for a century, and the Mosta Dome is not to be missed, well worth a visit

This was a nice half-day tour and was well-organized. The only thing that I would change is that it seemed very packed on the bus, and the tour was conducted in 3 languages. I think it would be more enjoyable to have smaller separate vehicles that aren't so packed and it would be less time-consuming than having to explain everything in 3 different languages. Our guide did explain things well, but I felt more like I was cattle being herded along the different areas. The Mosta cathedral was very nice, Mdina was interesting to visit and we had some free time there, and the Ta Qali Crafts Village was also nice to visit.
