Best whale watching tour I've ever been on. We were very fortunate to see 2 pods of Orcas playing, jumping & spouting!

We went at 3:30 and were able to see quite a few humpback whales. Bring warm clothes. The naturalist and crew on the boat are knowledgeable and kind. We paid extra to go to the upper level and it was worth it. The lower level was really crowded and it was hard for my kid to see down there because of all of the adults hogging the view. The staff was extremely helpful despite being so busy. They actually pick up the phone if you call. And if you leave a message, they actually call you back.

Had trouble with the parking but they waited for us ! The check in crew was amazing . Read your instructions before hand on how to park and also the meters don’t work until 9:00 so if you have an early cruise pay on the ap once you get at check in . They don’t say this ! So you’ll panic thinking you haven’t paid . The coffee purchased on the boat was free refills . Take less drowsy Dramamine the night before and morning of to get acclimated . Many got sea sick and that ruins your trip ! We saw lots of whales ! Very good narrator! Also added bonus they emailed us the picture they took so you don’t have to worry about fumbling with your phone ! Let you eyes see and experience everything . This company went above and beyond for us to have a great experience!

Great trip and spotted killer whales / orca pods in two separate pods. Also many species of bird life, Pelicans etc. the sea was a bit rough but as expected. Wear layers, trousers coat hat it will get cold.

Well organized trip. Good value for money. Saw Orcas but would have liked to see other kinds. But understood thats the nature of Nature.

As they promised, we saw whales!! It was such a great tour! I highly recommend this experience :)

Saw alot of whale activity. Crew was really nice too. Rough getting out there but the crew prepared everyone well

Boat was large enough to handle waves well and WOW did we see a lot of wildlife! Two types of dolphin groups, otters, birds and upwards of 10+ whales. We saw splashes, fin slaps, blows and beautiful dives with fin slaps!

Booked this Whale Watching Trip through Viator. Easy to find and staff made check in easy and welcoming aboard the boat. We saw two breeds of dolphins, multiple whales, sea birds and sea lions. A great trip. I suffered with very bad sea sickness due to the choppy weather conditions, but staff aboard the ship went above and beyond to assist me. I was offered sea sickness tablets, an anti-nausea shot and was informed on how best to stop the feeling. Thank you - I didn’t catch their names. Overall I a great trip, a must see and do when in Monterey.

We had a great time and saw Blues, Humpbacks, Fins, Rizzo Dolphins, Otters, Seals, Sunfish, lots of sea birds. Definitely bring a jacket! We sat towards the front of the boat and would highly recommend it to be able to experience wildlife on both sides of the boat. The Naturalist was very knowledgeable, energetic, and did a great job filling the time with facts as we waiting for the whales to surface from their dives. I can't wait to book again!
