Treetop walk was amazing even so early in the fall season. Best part of the experience for us was easy transportation from Montreal to Mont Tremblant where we wanted to hike. The final stop gave us a chance to get a bite to eat since we’d spent the entire time at Mont Tremblant hiking.
I had such a great time on this tour. Our tour guide, Sally was very friendly and informative. She spoke french, english, and mandarin. Mont Tremblant was beautiful as was Sentier des cimes Laurentides! It was magical to walk amongst the treetops! I definitely recommend this day trip.
The booking gets you fare value transit to and from the 3 stops, there is an additional charge for the cable car up Mont Tremblant and for access to the forest tower walk. Note a short walk from the Mont Tremblant car park is a plage to access swimming in the lake for a small fee, if we’d known in advance we’d have had a dip.
Joyce was our tour leader. A very nice pleasant young lady. At the pickup location Joyce informed us of our seat No's on the coach. I really liked this idea. No rush or pushing to get on and grab seats. The Gondola (Mont Tremblant) and tree top walk is an extra cost which can be purchased through Joyce on trip out (either cash or card [3% surcharge] First stop after about an hour was at Saint Sauveur Des Monts. A quaint town for a rest stop/coffee and wander around. Bit early for the shops to be open apart from a cafe. Then onto Mont Tremblant, It's one off those trips, you pick in advance and hope the weather is nice on the day. Unfortunately the weather was not on our side when we arrived. Low cloud/mist/rain, so no spectacular views from the top. Spent around 4 hrs here. Plenty of time to take the Gondola up and walk round the village with plenty of places to take lunch and a few shops to browse. Final stop was Sentuer Des Cimes Lauren tides for two hours. Lovely tree top walk reached by stairs or a lift. Wildlife encountered, red squirrels and a variety of birds. At the end of the walkway there is a tower, 40 meters high which you can walk up on a gentle spiral ramp. Those who are brave enough can walk on the netting at the top. In all a long day, wonderful scenery but weather dependant.
Great guide and driver, comfortable bus and enough time for outdoor adventure. The only downside is Viator listed as 8.5 hours when in reality was 11.5 arriving back at a much later time causing cancelled dinner plans.
Good guide. Safe driving . Meeting point is close to Place d'Arms metro station. Tremblant mountain is beautiful.
Amazing and fun full day trip. We arrived Mont Tremblant about 9am. Remember warm clothes as a bit chilly even in July. The gondola and tree top walk activities are optional extras, so bring cash to buy tickets on the bus. We had a very good guide, Sally.
Time should be corrected...11 hour day which would have impacted my other plans for sure. I was expecting an 8 1/2 hours day. Wouldn't have gone at all. Also be prepared to spend $72 more per person. Basically you are getting a ride to and from....the stops were ok. The top of Mount Tremblant was very pretty...other than that not great. The last stop/a visit to a random little town with shops/dining definitely could have been skipped. I wish I had skipped this excursion!
