We went with another couple for our Mon Cherie cruise, and we had the most wonderful experience! We booked a "Elegance Suite Balony" and it was spacious, clean, with a large balcony. The service is the best I have ever experienced. The crew were attentive, polite, happy and engaging. In particular, the service from Roy was a stand out. Other special mentions to Ann and Lily. We also appreciated the diligence and humour of Elvis. Thanks Mon Cherie! 🌹

Our room was fantastic, with breathtaking views from the bed as well as the bathroom jacuzzi. Remy took such good care of us at the restaurant and Huang was a brilliant host. Overall, it was every bit worth it. We look forward to returning soon! Merci beacoup for the experience!

We had a wonderful time on the three day cruise to Lan Ha Bay. We really enjoyed the service. Our server Remy was excellent and so kind and polite. The food throughout our trip was so good and Remy accommodated our son’s fussy eating. We had a great time kayaking, exploring Cat Ba Island by biking to the village and seeing the caves. The guides made sure we were always comfortable throughout the whole trip.

Fantastic cruise, presidential suite was beautiful and very private. Enjoyable day trips and amazing service (shoutout to my boy Roy). Overall a lovely experience! The staff went above and beyond at all times on every occasion. Roy was so attentive and made our experience that much more incredible. The excursions were so fun, bike riding on Cat Ba island and kayaking around the islands was unforgettable. We were also celebrating our 6 year anniversary. When we walked into dinner that night, we had a private table set up beautifully and a performance by the staff. It was unforgettable.

Our family had the most wonderful experience. Our host, Roy was amazing, so attentive, kind and welcoming. He always had a beaming smile and spent time with our girls teaching them to fold napkins and made sure they had a great time. The rooms are spacious and very clean and comfortable. The day trip to the village was wonderful and great to learn more about Vietnamese culture and history. Huong (Elvis) was a great manager and explained the environment and landscape of the area so well. The daily kayaking and swimming was magnificent, what a treat to swim in this area. Definitely a highlight of our holiday

I had booked the 2day cruise before with my friends in 2019 and wanted my family to enjoy the same experience I did. So I booked the 3d cruise this time for my family of 5. My whole family enjoyed the experience very much. Clean comfortable room with a beautiful view from the balcony. Affordable cost for premium features. 3 day was just nice for my family. It was not too crowded when we went. The staff were the main highlight of our trip. A waiter named Ely was absolutely amazing and took care or my family so well. She was very friendly with my little girl and kept her happy always. Thanks so much. You were amazing.
