This is a great cruise! The bedrooms are clean and spacious. The meals are great. The itinerary is well thought out and manages to fit lots in without feeling too rushed. The staff were fantastic, but Ducky in particular went above and beyond for us and was very professional.
This cruise was incredible. Gorgeous setting, incredible excursions, marvelous food. My wife and I loved every minute of it. The ship was impeccable, the room was luxurious and the views were extraordinary. The staff were so attentive and kind and the excursions were incredibly well organized and fascinating. Three staff members stand out. Roy, who introduced himself as our butler was impeccable. He takes great pride in his work and he was always present and yet invisible. He even wore white gloves when he was serving the incredible food in the dining room. Lucy was exceptionally good at her job choreographing the excursions to the caves and Y was so much fun on the day boat as he took us to the oyster farm and the village on Cat Ba island. He even lead the charge in jumping from the second deck into a pristine bay for a swim on day two. Relaxing, beautiful, fun adventure. Highly recommend this cruise.

Beautiful, relaxing and extremely comfortable tour through this magnificent landscape! The staff could not have looked after us any better - our every need was catered for. We especially appreciated the care of Ryann, our attendant, who made us feel right at home with her relaxed and easy style. The day boat to Lan Ha bay was excellent, and the five-course lunch on board an unexpected delight. The facilities on all the boats were top class. Our family can highly recommend this three-day tour - it is definitely worth it over the two-day tour

We had an amazing three-day, two-night cruise with Mon Cheri! Our executive suite with private balcony was large and luxurious. The staff were fantastic and couldn’t have been more helpful. The food was delicious, and they catered so well for all our dietary requirements. There was a great range of activities, and Jasmine, our knowledgeable guide and t’ai chi instructor, was excellent! Harry, our waiter, was amazing and looked after us so well throughout the cruise. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely time cruising around Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay on a 3D2N cruise. We stayed on Mon Cheri 2 which is a slightly bigger vessel than MC1. The boat itself could do with some updates to decor and facilities. I was expecting a bit more luxury for the price. Having said that, it was made all the better by the incredible service and staff. In particular, Ducky, our server for the stay, was incredibly attentive. Charlie and Hoang (Elvis) were also very entertaining. They would go out of their way to provide great care and service. They made a big show if it was a birthday, anniversary or honeymoon, providing cake or drinks. My favourite activity was when we could kayak to a lovely beach after visiting Cat Ba island. The beach was sandy and water clear and clean (Ha Long Bay wasn’t that clean or clear).
