The food was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and very organized, making the trip even more enjoyable. A special thanks to Ms. Ann, who took great care of us during our meals and made us feel so welcome. Her friendly attitude and exceptional service really stood out. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely recommend this cruise to others.
I had an unforgettable experience aboard the Mon Chéri Cruise. From the moment we stepped on board, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for. The cabins were spacious, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views of Halong Bay. The itinerary was well-balanced, with plenty of time to relax on deck, enjoy the activities, and soak in the breathtaking scenery. A special mention goes to Ben, the bartender, who truly elevated our trip. His warm personality, professionalism, and skill behind the bar made every evening enjoyable. He remembered our preferences, crafted excellent cocktails, and always had a smile that made guests feel at home. Ben’s service was a highlight of the cruise and deserves recognition. The food was excellent, with diverse options including halal-friendly meals, and the overall atmosphere was luxurious yet comfortable. I would highly recommend Mon Chéri Cruise to anyone visiting Halong Bay — especially if you value attentive service and memorable hospitality.
