次に、モデナで最も有名な宝物の1つであるアセト・バルサミコ・ディ・モデナを探索します。 家族経営のボッテガでテイスティングを楽しみ、世界的に有名なこの製品の背後にあるクラフトマンシップを発見します。

Had a wonderful time with Stefania on our food tour around Modena. She took us around so many interesting restaurants, markets and bars where we sampled local food and drink. A gem in the heart of Modena. Roberta's passion for her home town really enhanced the experience as she lead us through the city enjoying a sampling of local treats and local lore as we went. Some highlights include PDO parmeggiano reggiano cheese, PDO Balsamic di Modena, Tigelli, hand-made pasta (gramigna as well as tortelloni w/ ricotta & spinach w/ sage butter sauce), local wines and gelato. Not to be missed!
