What a wonderful experience our tour guide Monica gave us! She was so knowledgeable on everything and was open to any questions. The duomo was spectacular and she went through each part of the church in depth. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend them to anyone. There’s no additional fees but bring money as there will be a break after the duomo tour, and the length I believe was about 3 hours
No personal time in the Duomo to pray or visit shop. You do not yo to terrace. I felt rushed at the Duomo. You only get 15 mins to see Last Supper per the rules of the game and exhibition.

The tour sights are fabulous and it was great to avoid waiting in lines but it is too long with too much waiting around and listening to the tour director give uninteresting information and was a bit bossy.
A must do. The painting sure is a masterpiece. Not to be missed. We nearly missed our train to Florence.
Massimo is an experienced tour guide. He knows so much about the history and secrets of Duomo Milan, La Scala and his explanations and deep input of The last supper disciples made the tour so enriching and enjoyable
It was bait&switch. I bought semi private tour which i bought before. When I saw group of 30 people I left. When I sent emails to trip advisor and viator didn’t get any explanations . I’m not planning to use viator in the future. It’s a lot other companies which are more professional and trustworthy.
