ミラノパスタとティラミスの料理教室（ワイン無制限 ） ： 新鮮な手作りパスタの作り方、タリアテッレとラビオリの成形、季節のソースの準備、地元のプロのシェフによるクラシックティラミスを一から作る方法を学びます。 ミラノのイタリア語料理体験教室に参加し、自宅で再現できる実践的なテクニックを学びましょう。 パスタ生地を一から作り、伝統的な生パスタの形2種類を用意し、旬の食材を使った本格的なイタリア語ソースと合わせます。 クリーム状のマスカルポーネフィリングからコーヒー浸しの層まで、ティラミスを用意します。 料理教室の後は、ゆったりと落ち着いた雰囲気の中で、お食事と無制限のワインをご一緒にお楽しみください。 新鮮な食材、エプロンや調理器具、デジタルレシピ冊子、卒業証書など、 ベジタリアンのお客様は、事前にお知らせいただければ大歓迎です。 食物アレルギーや食事制限がある場合は、事前にお知らせください。 この体験はセリアックのゲストには適していません。

Alfredo was absolutely amazing, he explained everything so well and he was very knowledgeable in everything He made the class fun and we walked away with so much knowledge. The class was amazing, everyone was eager to learn. I’m usually not a fan of pasta but this class made me a fan . Thank you so so much Alfredo.

Unbelievable experience preparing food with Matteo making two types of pasta and tiramisu then being shown two types of pasta sauce and learning so many cooking tips along the way. Amazing experience that lasts around 3 hours and comes with some wine or soft drinks and good memories.
I 100% recommend this cooking class if you’re in Milan! It’s such a fun activity to do either with friends or as a couple. Mateo, our instructor, was amazing, super friendly, fun, and made the whole experience really enjoyable for us. We had a great time, learned something new, and of course enjoyed some delicious food along the way. Definitely a must-do in Milan!
