This was an amazing way to see the details of Duomo as well as take in the views of the city from the rooftop. There is an elevator, but you still have to climb a few (maybe 30?) stairs after the elevator reaches the top. The guide was informative, especially inside of the church. Highly recommend.

Guide was very knowledgeable. You should give everyone their actual ticket to duomo so groups does not have to wait. And if sell through Viator should have viator on sign. Should put in bold on reminder that ladies have to cover knees and shoulders. Could make tour shorter when very hot.

Marcella was an amazing guide! She took us on a wonderful tour inside and outside the duomo. She pointed out the most important sites, but also had insight into many other often missed aspects of the duomo. She was friendly knowledgeable and answered every question we had. She made sure on a very hot day to keep our group in the shade and even gave us the opportunity before the tour to use the bathroom or grab a bottle of water. I highly recommend this tour. It was worth the time and money, especially skipping the line. And if you can book the tour with marchella you will not be disappointed!

This was an excellent tour of the church. Our guide was very knowledgeable and had stories to tell. He also kept everything moving at a good pace.

Experience was great from start to finish. Very clear directions to meet with the guide. Start at the roof top for amazing views and history of the duomo. You then move into the church. Our guide (Loridonna) was amazing. She was nice, informative, and her English was very easy to understand. Would definitely recommend this tour.

It was very informative, the guide was great. Very good tour. We “skipped” all the lines and did not wait where ever possible. Note of caution: Elevator is just to first floor terrace. There are 90 more steps to go to second floor, and full descent is down the narrow winding stairs. If you are not fully mobile and expected elevator ride, it is only partial. On the top you are standing on the roof, so slanted and uneven surface.

Our guide did a wonderful job, the flow of the tour was seamless and smooth while many other guides seem to struggle we went right through and were able to see all of the stunning art pieces on the rooftop and inside the church. She took the time to walk us through the details of stunning architecture and the history of the incredible window art, detailing the old testament through Christ’s death and resurrection, his sacrifice to bring eternal life to all who believe and accept him as their Lord and Savior. We left with a new found appreciation for this fantastic monument, centered in Milan to celebrate God’s love for all mankind.

It can be very sunny and hot. Go early in the day to avoid larger crowds and the heat! There are some stairs- elevator access is available but you still need to do some stairs to access.
