After shopping around, I chose Prestige Line based on the overwhelmingly positive reviews on TripAdvisor, which set them apart from competitors. Having now used Prestige Line for both our arrival and departure, I can fully agree with the reviews. The drivers were polite, professional, and a pleasure to chat with. Our flight arrived early, yet our driver was already waiting for us right after baggage claim. Similarly, for our departure, we came down to the hotel lobby early, only to find the driver there and ready. The entire experience was smooth and comfortable, making us feel safe and at ease. For feedback, I’d recommend that Prestige Line consider implementing an online booking system. I made our reservation through email after filling out a contact form, and while it went smoothly, a formal booking confirmation and automated reminders would have added reassurance. For example, it would be great to receive a reminder email a week before the trip, and a day-before notification with driver details. That said, everything worked out perfectly as arranged, so this is just a minor suggestion. Overall, I have no complaints only praise. While Prestige Line might be slightly more expensive than some alternatives, the quality of service is well worth it. I highly recommend them and look forward to using their service again in the future.
