Booked the evening before the tour, received confirmation and further notification on day of tour. Arrived at meeting point, waited, phoned only to be told that the trip had been cancelled and because we booked after they cancelled, we did not receive notification on cancellation. He said our booking had already been refunded but got notification of this while on the call! We were offered to join private tour 2 hrs later but only if those who’d booked it didn’t mind us tagging along! I suggested that maybe he should check with them before we agreed and hung around for 2 hrs. He didn’t call us back to let us know either way.
WARNING - Do not book with this company. They cancelled my tour same day, and still have yet to issue a refund. I have sent multiple messages via WhatsApp to get my money back, and have heard nothing in response. They do not operate business professionally, and as a potential customer, who hoped to participate in the tour, I am very dissappointed. I will not have to dispute the charge with my financial institution, which is more time and more headache.
