Five stars all the way. Our tour guide Sunny was excellent. Great personality, attention to detail, and allowed his pride of Malta to make our experience unforgettable. Lotts packed into one day, so in all fairness if you can take two or three days of Malta, you probably still won’t see all the beauty, but we did manage to go to St. John’s Cathedral, the Blue Grotto, the Medina and the cliffs. Delicious food along the way with great company highly recommend Sonny and his team.
It was an excellent personal tour with my family. Darren, our very good driver and guide was kind and very knowledgeable of Malta, both history and current events. We were able to visit them all including a good lunch of rabbit stew. St. John’s was magnificent
Kenneth was extremely communicative and helpful! Kenneth was also very accommodating to my father, who required a wheelchair, even waiting and talking with him in the van while our party did a short sightseeing event. Kenneth made a great suggestion for lunch, called ahead to ensure we had great seating and worked hard to ensure my father had the most accessible routes and table. Would highly recommend!!
First time visiting. Great opportunity to share a place with the unique Mediterranean Culture. We enjoy a lot of places plenty of history…!!
Our driver took us to some great sights in Malta and provided some commentary on the area. Keep in mind they are drivers only, unless you opt for a tour guide. I only have 4 stars due to being driven in a small station wagon car rather than a van which smelled of cigarette smoke.
The driver was super friendly and very accommodating. Overall it just did not measure up to my experience with other private driver services. The van was not as nice as most other services I’ve booked. Maybe I have been spoiled with exceptional service in the past. Also our cruise docked on a Sunday so a lot of the historic buildings and most of the shops were closed. I’m sure another day would have been better.
Our guide Kenneth was amazing took us all around Malta and gave great information. We wanted to stop for lunch and he directed us to a wonderful spot.
The title was misleading. It was not a tour but just an Uber driver who speaks limited English. I discussed with the customer rep about the schedule and stops the night before but the driver didn’t follow it. The total time was 6 hours including 30 min pickup and 30 min drop off. The lunch was also two hours (a good restaurant introduced by the driver). So it was not a good value or use of time.

Our experience is not marketed as a guided tour with a licensed tour guide, but as a private driver service with local drivers who are happy to share insights based on their personal knowledge. This is clearly highlighted multiple times in the description. Regarding communication, Kenneth speaks good English, which is also mentioned and reflected consistently in previous reviews. The total duration always includes pickup and drop-off time, as stated in the listing. Time spent for lunch is part of the overall experience as well, and we always aim to recommend quality places rather than rush the day. Everything you mentioned in your review — including the type of service, timing, and structure of the day — is clearly outlined in the description and not hidden. We always do our best to follow agreed plans, while also adapting to timing, traffic, and the natural pace of the day to ensure guests do not feel rushed. Wonderful experience! Communications with Chris were prompt and constant. Our driver, David, was professional, knowledgeable and was able to provide explanations along the way. We saw everything we wanted and more without being rushed. He also made sure we were on time to the cruise ship. Highly recommended!!
