Excellent professionalexperience. The driver was very friendly and talkative. He had complementary rum punch , water, etc. He pointed out all the highlights on the way to Negril and told us some interesting stories. There was four couples on our bus. The driver also had great music playing and was able to answer all the questions we had. None of the couples knew each other, but he had us all talking and laughing like family all the way to Negril. He also gave us a quick bathroom break and souvenir stop. I don’t remember his name, but I will definitely be using your company in the future.

Upon arrival we waited a long time to board a large coach style bus almost an hour after arriving to the stop (which was convenient). Even though we communicated with the driver several times we were dropped at the wrong resort but good thing for us the they were neighboring sister properties. Would I book again yes but it wasn’t the best experience not super friendly or kind. Pick up was ok again nothing memorable.

Michael was amazing. Very knowledgeable about Jamaica and a very safe driver.

Bernardo took us back to the airport. Very quiet and good music. We will return to Jamaica.

Not good. Waited on line 15 minutes while the representative was joking around with another person. Then we got on a bus and waited for another 20 minutes for them to fill the bus with enough people that it made it worth their time. All this with 2 young kids in tow that were hungry. Kept asking the driver if we were going to leave and he kept saying “yeah, soon.”

i waited more tha 1 hour just to leave at airport going to my hotel.. we have to wait 8 more people for more than an hour

The staff at the airport and the driver(s) are such a pleasure to assist with the services! Very professional and keeps the great energy for a perfect vacation!
