It was good but it didn’t last long, we spent £40 on two flights per person and upgraded for a high flight for an additional £20 each, we had around 4 minutes in the flight simulator, it was good but I can’t remember any of it as it was so short, good to try once but I wouldn’t do it again
The staff were amazing and professional. But tasked with charging extortionate amounts of money for extras that took 5 seconds to complete. The whole experience could have been incredible but was tainted by the greed.
Absolutely amazing experience and as a novice was put at easy buy everyone. The instructor was just as amazing and I can't wait to go back.

Our first time…quite a long way for us to go for a short experience but wow great for young and old ( inc my 80 year old Dad!) Daniel (our instructor) was brilliant. It could be improved by having a chat inbetween goes to talk about how to inprove and learn butvthey seem to be more interested in getting people to pay for extra’s. Also some kind of reflective bit so so you can see yourself whilst in flight and tweek your posture. What you think you are doing and what you are actually doing, albeit instuctor gives guidance. The extra’s are expensive. We did the high rise which was unforgetable but at a significant cost. Would recommend. Loved the pro’s display at end.
This was my first time at ifly and the experience was incredible and unlike anything I have done before and Liam was a great instructor.
My Ifly experience was amazing I am a first time flyer and my instructor Tyler was very kind and supportive will definitely be returning.
We bought our two children a voucher for here for Christmas while it was on a deal and I’m so glad we did. Being at different stages in life (9&13) it can be difficult to find things they both enjoy together but It was a fabulous experience for them both. Their big smiles said it all! Their instructors Danika and Jack were brilliant with them and really helped them get the most out of the experience. If I’m entirely honest I’m not sure I’d pay for the photos again unless we were all doing it, as you can get great shots from the viewing area but they are nice to have from a different perspective, or if you don’t have someone in the viewing area to take them for you. Thank you IFLY for a fabulous afternoon! Hopefully see you soon
Disappointing experience today. I rang up trying to rearrange my daughter's flight as our trains were cancelled this morning after the power failures in Manchester yesterday. We had no idea if we'd be able to get there in the travel chaos. I was told it was impossible to rearrange over the phone, and I had to submit a form online. I questioned if it would be reviewed by someone in time, and was told it would as the mailbox is actively monitored during business hours. I kept checking my email but not surprising, no response. In the end we managed to get over to Manchester, but the lack of customer support really left a bad taste. We must have spent over £500 with iFly over the years - my daughter has even said she'd like to go to Uni in Manchester so she could be local and learn to be an instructor. The front of desk staff and instructors were lovely as always today, but I really value customer service. iFly isnt cheap and sadly I don't think we'll be returning.
