Excellent tour, excellent distribution of time and direction of activities. We made the tour in Portuguese with the guide Eduarda and his sardine, very assertive and attentive, gave excellent tips and information, managed to print a perfect rhythm. Our excellent and careful tb driver. We count tb with the guide Antonela (for the Italian group) who added, with its intensity and joy. Hire this tour without fear. It's perfect!
We had to go to a meeting point (which did not happen the next day with another company that picked us up at the hotel). It's not an organized field trip. They only take you from Lisbon to Sintra and then you manage on your own. To visit the Quinta da Regaleira you go alone and to go to the Palacio da Pena you have to take a public bus that does not arrive. In the end, we had to take a tuk-tak to reach the Palacio da Pena. Visiting the Palace for the first time is crazy. Anyone gets lost. Later we returned to the center in a tuk-tuk that charged us 30 €. Then they took us back to Lisbon.

Respecto a la organización del día, se llevó a cabo con normalidad. Nos gustaría explicarle que nuestro servicio ofrece varias modalidades de experiencia, algunas de ellas con entradas incluidas y un acompañamiento más completo durante las visitas. En su caso, la reserva correspondía a la opción de transporte, que no incluye entradas ni los desplazamientos internos dentro de Sintra. Lamentamos que este detalle pasara desapercibido en el momento de la reserva, ya que entendemos que una opción más completa podría haberles permitido disfrutar del destino de una manera más cómoda. The start of the day was close to the National Theatre where many tours by this company were departing. The staff were well organised and gave clear directions, even if they weren't always heeded. We were escorted the few minutes walk to our coach where we settled in for our trip. Our guide, Dominic, was chatty, friendly and informative easily filling the journey with interesting facts, pointing out landmarks and keeping us amused. At each stop we were well informed about the site, how long we had to look around, details of meeting place (if not the coach) and insider knowledge. Tickets were batch bought for specific time slots and we were delivered to the right place at the right time with no rush or drama, despite the coach having to turn around on the coast road due to sand dunes forming across the road! There were some arduous walks, due to the hills, but these were not overly long and alternative transport was offered at Pena. Being able to relax in the comfortable and clean coach balanced out the days exertion. This turned out to be the best day of our holiday.
