Arturo was very pleasant even offered to take my aunt.to her hotel because her driver was late. He drive with caution provided water and made the ride comfortable. He was amazing..

My spouse and I waited until our arrival day to search for transportation from the airport to our hotel - which I was nervous about. THANKFULLY, Green Country transportation was available and reliable. There were no issues at the airport. Our driver was very friendly, welcoming, and informative. My family felt safe and comfortable the whole ride. We booked roundtrip and our driver back from the hotel to the airport was the owner and he was patient and kind, and you can feel his love for Costa Rica! We will be coming back and will be using Green Country again. Will definitely recommend this transportation to my friends and family as well!
The van that picked us up was old and worn out. It was dirty and the air conditioning barely worked. The driver wasn't waiting for us and we had a hard time finding him. The young man that helped us asked for money for his assistance

Let me explain that the vans remain off during waiting times at the airport to avoid pollution from the gases they emit, and currently, the temperatures in our country are high, so it takes some time for the air conditioning in the vans to cool down. Regarding the person who asked you for money, they work helping people without receiving a salary from any company, so they request a TIP, a voluntary tip that you and no one are obligated to give. However, they provide assistance to visitors arriving in the country and in this way can bring home support for their families. I'm sorry you were upset, but our company also tries to help these honest people take money home to their families. Additionally, at this moment the tropical climate of our country sometimes does not allow the vans to arrive completely clean even though we try to keep them clean for all our clients, which is very important to us. We couldn't find our driver for 30 minutes but just a miscommunication on where to meet. I was able to call the company and they took good care of us after that.
The drivers we had for our round trip transportation were both great!! They were both waiting for us on time and provided water to us on our way which was greatly appreciated! Our driver who picked us up from the airport to take us to our hotel was awesome! He provided a lot of information to us on our drive to our hotel and even let us stop to get some drinks along the way!
