The driver did not show up for the transfer and we had to pay extra money for an emergency transfer to the airport, losing out flight connection to the next leg of the trip.
Drivers were on time, kind, and very informative!! The cars were clean and comfortable. I would use Viator for any travel plans
Airport trsfr was greeted outside baggage claim area with signage with my name and short wait for the transport vehicle driven by Keilor who was the best with great information and tips and got us to hotel safe and clear
Friendly drivers. Pick up was simple and easy. Our check thru customs was delayed and driver was still waiting for us and got us to the hotel in a safe but quick manner. Return trip to airport was on time. One suggestion would be to confirm pick up time for return to airport the day prior. We had to call to receive pick up time.
Right from the get-go, Keilor was great. He called me shortly after we landed and gave me directions to find him outside the airport. We stopped a couple of times, to pick up some Imperial, and then some local fruit. Keilor maintained great conversation flow without being too much. We used this same company throughout our stay to visit Tamarindo a couple of times. They were extremely patient with us as we wanted to stop everywhere and tried everything! Señora Catalina is a total jewel. She gave us a really good seafood restaurant recommendation, it was a great feast with all local food. They were always on time, very warm, and not pushy. We'll definitely call them on our next visit!
